Oh yeah, something for final drafts: the note on name order, for those of you who don't have one. It's not technically required, but it'll just make things easier on my end because otherwise I'll have to individually ask everyone who doesn't specify and that'll be a pain.

For those of you who think you have you character's mostly finished, now might be a good time to start working on your final draft.
When submissions are judged we'll only be looking at the most current full sheet in your PM conversation, there are simply too many applications to read through every PM for minor notes and tweaks that were added after the last version of your sheet.
Whether it's adding and smoothing out the aforementioned or just quadruple checking for spelling and/or grammar errors, polishing your submission as much as possible can only help your chances come the time for the Final Decision.
You misinterpreted my description a bit. He can heat and cool metals in a 30 meter radius, and then manipulate it with an indefinite range. The problem is that he doesn't have any measure of sight through what he's controlling, so Line of Sight limits him severely.
I now realize the Jhos may have interpreted it your way as well and that this version may have upset power balancing...
Name: Mitsuzuri AyakoRei
Power Base: Distance Manipulation
Appearance: Brown, straight hair pulled into a simple ponytail. Dark hazel eyes that turn white when her quirk is in effect. Rather short, she refuses to wear any kind of platform heel to make up for it. Her exercise regimen and training have kept her with a figure like you would expect of someone in a martial art.
Costume: Simple blue jumpsuit with an Emblem shaped like an eye with a stylized slash through it. Has a simple breastplate, with armored vambraces and greaves that boomerangs are attached to.
Quirk: Perspective. Can define a frame of reference, such as making a frame with her fingers, or through a window or picture frame, even on a TV screen, and manipulate distances between the objects in said frame of reference.
Skills: Practicing Jo/Stick/shortstaff fighter, Amateur photographer, Can hold her breath a REALLY long time, Knows EXACTLY where Waldo is at all times.
Skilled with Boomerangs.
Bio: At a young age, she didn't understand why she could change the photos on the walls, or move people around on the tv, she just thought it was part of the way things work. Her parents had been at the center of a Villain attack and didn't want to tell her about quirks and their users.
It wasn't until she saw a mother and her child during an attack about to get crushed under a falling car, she saw t it happening through a convenient window and moved the car aside, the flaming hunk of metal being flung aside and out of the windows frame of view. When the authorities looked into the matter later, she ended up being invited to join UA to be a hero.

Bio:
It's like Candy-land but with more Halloween stuffs! Yaaaaaaaaay!
I draw a little prototype doodle of Chihiro, since I haven't found art with fluffy enough hair. In the end I was forced to accept that my love of Toga-chan has gone too far.
In this world there is probably some manner of familial relations between Chihiro and Toga Himiko.

Dangit, there are at minimum two other people with a range focus, why did I have to roll such a contested niche?!

Name: (First Name, Last Name) Yumi Kato
Power Base: Magical Beam Emission
Appearance:
Ignore the tattoos and assorted jewelry.
Costume: Yumi's costume is a mottled grey suit that lacks much padding except for areas around the knees and elbows, with loose gloves designed to be pulled off and a mask reaching up to his eyes, the goggles he wears are sturdy and can provide up to 5 times magnification.
Quirk: Heavy Light: Can project visible beams of hard-light from their palms which move at around the speed of sound (Relative to the user) and burst upon impact into physical force, the energy it releases can be changed in magnitude and size, but isn't charged, and instead regains power over time (About one minute is sufficient to make a fully charged shot, but a second or two is required for even a low-powered bolt), a continuous beam is possible, but has about the force of a sharp push behind it and isn't very precise, a full power bolt can typically go through steel, while the lowest power bolt is about a hard punch in force.
Skills: Parkour practitioner, excellent eyesight and hand-eye coordination.
Bio: Yumi was born into a relatively average family in the city that had never had much of a history with heroism, his father, who could produce bursts of undirected force, was a very calm man, and his mother, who could use her hands like flashlights, was typically on board with his thoughts on the matter, Yumi himself, however, seemed to have endless levels of energy, something only exacerbated by a quirk he believed could set him up to be a hero, coming into the quirk at the age of 4 he began to use anything he could get his hands on as target practice, but with him living in the city, there wasn't much space to practice his shooting, but for Yumi, that only meant as soon as he was old enough, he began to use rooftops as his training spots, and quickly learnt how to quickly parkour to get to his favorite training spots.
Although he's calmed down somewhat as he's grown up, he's still energetic and happy to get along with most people as long as he thinks they'll be fun.
