I would have went with the party system but chances are the first time we tried it we'd be killed by our own guys... it'll only be valid once we make some friends.
You can pick two perks man.

I hope we have to work with some moderate inquisitior or have a choice at all in this matter.

I'm hoping for a radical. You know the sort of guy/gal who will use questionable tools to get the job done.

Compound
You look out the shuttle window. Mercy IV. Your new home. For the most part barren of human life, it's only real item of interest was a inquisitorial compound meant to house Acolytes and servants of the holy ordo until they were seen fit to be deployed.

It was also your new home.

Slowly the shuttle stepped down, and opened up, Standing, you exited, breathing in the worlds rather thick air. Covered in massive forests, the planet had a slightly higher oxygen content than most planets, according to your studies.

Catching your eye was the massive facility you would be staying in. From what little you had been briefed on, there were apparently several training areas, a massive library, and a few other items of note.

Wonderful. You were soon approached by some guards. "Erik Redson?" They said, to which you gave a nod. "Right, come with us, we'll show you to your quarters."

You stepped into the dimly lit room, breathing in it's thick, smoky atmosphere. All along the walls were bunks, and off to the corner was a single table, currently unattended. "Right, consider this your new home. Pick out a bed and put your stuff in the footlocker in front of it. Whenever you aren't on a mission, which isn't often, this facility will be where you live. Don't make a mess." With that, the guard leaves, leaving you alone.

You have the next few weeks to yourself. You can use this time to train a skill, grind a stat, get to know your fellow acolytes, ect. Then? You get deployed by the inquisitor in charge of the facility to handle something for them.

Basicaly we have a lot of useful skills at low level, and I realy don't want to spend actions grinding stats individualy before we try to find exercises to train multiple of then at once.

EDIT: Changed vote due to QM Statements.

Hmm.

Ten actions, I guess.
Can we combine actions? Train passively?

Like, objectively speaking, using Machine Empathy every hour on some random machine of ours should take approximately zero time. We should be able to do that without spending an action no matter what else we have planned, presuming at least that we don't spend too much MP via others actions.

So, basically what I'm asking is can we grind Machien Empathy as a free action, not as one of our ten given actions?

Why not take the free training, you know?
