Apparently. *begins trying to figure out what tropes would fall under Chaos*
For the Evulz - TV Tropes
Specific costuming and architectural choices.
Anything describable as chaotic stupid.
Some kind of complex scheme to tear down the establishment and have anarchy rule.
Trolling people.
Escalating our battle in char creation to a war against the jackass for ultimate power.
My personal preference is some of the troll logic I proposed to attack Dragon.

Start at Crazy Awesome and then work your way from there to The Wonka, and then to Obfuscating Insanity. That should more or less cover most of what we'd need.
Sounds about right. A Sheogorrath impression would probably help.

Pretty sure some of those aren't necessarily chaotic.

You can't have mirror triplets. Mirror only gives one reflection. If you have three sides you got Prism triplets in play. ( Pun intended)
We shall split all of creation into resources for our own goals; look at what happened when people tried to put us through the system that was used to control powers.

So our plan to get super MG powers-with-no-downsides.. I see a few options. The thread might want to debate the pros and cons of each.

1) Go to Prism, become an MG (After Upgrade-awaying downsides, etc), then transfer to Dragon.

Pros:
- Negligible Risk
- Dealing with an aggro'ed school might be fun. It's guaranteed to be exciting, anyway.

Cons:
- Lower-Middle bound possibility of Upgrading the MG Artifact.
- Aggro'ing the whole of Prism+parts of Paragon

2) Steal the MG Artifact.

Pros:
- Upper Bound possibility of Upgrading the MG Artifact.
- Exciting stealing interlude.

Cons:
- High Risk
- Hiding the MG Artifact might be problematic.

3) Infiltrate Prism, become MGs.

Pros:
- Exciting infiltrating interlude.

Cons:
- Lower Bound possibility of Upgrading the MG Artifact.

4) Pull some strings and buy/borrow the MG artifact?????

Pros:
- Crazy af.
- ALL THE ATTENTIONNN
- Upper-Middle Bound possibility of Upgrading the MG artifact.

Cons:
- Crazy af.
- ALL THE ATTENTIONNNN

5) Replace the MG Artifact????

Pros:
-No Attention
-Maximal Upper Bound of Upgrade Potential

Cons:
-HOW?

My preference would be to steal or replace the MG artifact, which should be very exciting.

Well, if we want to replace it, we have two already possible options.
1: We create an exact fake, using our perfect memory and potentially Skye's power, and replace the real one with it in a Mission Impossible style heist.

Although this would probably be discovered, I believe that'd take a while, since I think potential MGs are converted in bulk, excluding transfers. Nevertheless, this will alert them, with potentially an even worse response than just stealing it.

2: Skye checks out the artifact, either disassembling it while everybody else would be distracted upon which we reverse it or (If her power allows for it) doing non-destructive testing to memorise it, and then move to replace the real one.

This is a lot more complex, and would probably be the most difficult, we'd probably need some pretty exotic materials even if it is scanned and if Skye isn't able to do it in this trip, we'd need two heists in order to pull it off properly, this assuming Skye could even copy it.

That said I'm all for going heist mode, shoot for the stars! And even if you miss, you can hope you packed a spacesuit.

We really need to try and get access to the MG artifact so we can observe it for the HEIST.
I think we could, Celes says that she can make her requests sound more reasonable than they should, as long as access to the artifact isn't too heavily restricted they might let us get a peek along with a little bit of information about it.
Because it's a good hobby; it's a good enough reason for us to be here, so it should be viable for someone who should be a real person.
Speaking of hobbies, here's some hypothetical achievements we can shoot for when there's nothing big going on! Assume they all implicitly include the entire team unless otherwise stated.
Magical Girl Related:
Real Magic: Gain a Magical Girl form without the drawbacks.
Single Face Syndrome: Fulfil the archetype of the Recurring Antagonist, Mysterious Benefactor, and the Powerless Friend for at least one Magical Girl/Guy without them realising.
(New) Voice Actor Workout: Fulfil the archetype of the Recurring Antagonist, Mysterious Benefactor, and the Powerless Friend within one sequence of events for at least one Magical Girl/Guy without them realising.
It's All Just Reruns Tonight: Copy the events of one episode of a Magical Girl show without the MG/MB group knowing.
Mid-Arc Fall: Fight an MG/MB team without subverting any tropes, and still win.
Genre Master: Win against an MG/MB team with exclusively trope subversion and manipulation.

Superhero Related:
4/5ths Of The League:
Meet Antonym, Shiver, Dreadnaught, and the hero Dragon.
Mark! From School!: Foil the plans of 50% of the students in Dragon at least once.
There's Your Respect: Be recognised for your efforts in defeating a major villain.
Sphere Cubed: Create your own dreadnaught.
Supervillain Related:
Role Models:
Meet Khan, Exalt, Seraph, and Cherub.
Despicable Three: Steal and replace a national monument.
/Evilbuildings: Create an evil lair.
Punch-Clock Villains: Gain your own mooks.
Most of it'll probably never be done, but it's fun to think of stuff that we could do.

my favorite plan from before the hiatus was to swap the MG artifact from Prism for the similar Artifact at Spectrum(Magical Boys school) in time for the newbies to be empowered by the wrong artifact.
I believe that idea was workable because the spirits that govern the artifacts are really stupid.

If the MG thingies is happening all at once, then we'd best target them immediately after that 'at once' event.

Why is it Lower Bound? Overdrive should allow us to fit a LOT of upgrades on there. It's what our Power is even suggesting we do. Once it turns to dust, we bring it back with Repair.
Single Face Syndrome: Fulfil the archetype of the Recurring Antagonist, Mysterious Benefactor, and the Powerless Friend for at least one Magical Girl/Guy without them realising.
We could even have all three show up at once in one place, for max trope. The Recurring Antagonist attacks the Powerless Friend, but is saved by the Mysterious Benefactor.

Or very non-judgemental.
