Embarrassingly: Yes.

It wasn't as bad as some of those first contact Humanity stronk stories which was why it flew under the radar for so long but you could tell where it was just curbstompy and grimderpy and awful.

Less Zerg grinding bootheels, more silly Zerg shenanigans.

And awkwardness, can't forget the awkwardness.

Alright I need to police this thread better. Nearly had a heart attack when I saw that post @Eukie, that was before I actually read the post.

Can we get a banner or something that says 'no double posting?' I honestly didn't think it was a huge issue but apparently it is an issue.

If it would be feasible, perhaps also an explanation? If, due to time zones, I read through three pages of posts and answer two or three of them, which are about different topics, why is it deemed sensible to put that into one post?

Other than being considered poor form, it clutters up the thread with unnecessary posts that could just as easily be consolidated into one. Also, the multi-quote system exists, use it. It will persist through different pages of the same thread, as will your post. Even without quotes, it'll do that whenever you see that little 'draft saved' pop up in the bottom left corner of the box. At least, that's how it seems to work.

It'll persist onto different threads too. In fact, I've often been surprised to find posts in my multi quote list that have been several days old...

In order: I was just rewriting my notes which is actually going alright, work has been killing me slowly (Am on break atm) which means I haven't gotten any writing done and my muse has left me sobbing on a picturesque beach at midnight once again.

So yes it's been going fine and no nothing new yet. Might end up just cobbling together a few scenes and calling that a story post.

Good news: free week next week.
