I just scanned down every single planet and did every single side mission. It gave me plenty enough war assets to get over the limit even with the -50% from not playing any multiplayer.

Yes but he hasn't done it yet, orbital bombardment is most likely going to happen before he can set those things up cause you know the amount of energy to set up fleet killing weapons are kinda had to just make fast, he's zerg but he doesn't even have all of south America yet, his resource spending means making super weapons are kinda beyond him...

Each one was set up on the equivalent of a volcanic vent on char which was the zergs biggest world, Our SI hasn't been really expanding fast enough to have the resources to make things that can attack high orbital objects, his biggest hope is that he has enough underground stuff to survive the rain of fire that will be coming.

The overmind is to big that if he moves through the earth he will just keep getting targeted by orbital bombardment until he dies or the crust of the planet breaks, I feel bad the SI wont have any rest for many more days.
