[X] Ask if she wants to stay a while longer so she can get proper explanations from people about things.
Look like Rin is interested in Marisa master spark. And learing about the mini hakerro gonna take longer than just a simple explanation. Judging form the comments so far about her, Rin had it rough for a whle. A vacation in Gensokyo is may what she needs and a lot of things she learn from Gensokyo could help her a lot.
I'd like to point out that Flandre can create clones and fully realized splinter personalities. So.... Maybe what we're looking at are the remnants of one insanely powerful vampire.
There are a few theories regarding the origins of the Scarlets I have.
Incarnations/Representatives/whatever of Order (Flan) and Chaos (Remi)
Naturally Occurring
Created by another vampire for kicks
Servants of a more powerful entity
Accidental creations
Created for a purpose
Divisions of a more primal entity
One sister created the other
Don't ask which one is true; I don't know. Might be something else entirely.

For anyone not familiar, Sept is canon from Tsukihime; she is the spirit of Ciel's weapon, the Seventh Holy Scripture, a set of ultra blessed Bible pages that morph into an over-the-top mega machinegun thingy.

I'm personally inclined to think Remi was created for kicks, and she turned Flandre. Whether they were family originally, 500 years of considering eachother siblings almost certainly helped.
Though I don't think Remi's creator survived the intervening time: Revenge seems something she'd be into.

Remilia doesn't know their history, either. If she hadn't been so invested in trying to discover that, she likely would have sided with the Habsburgs instead of setting them up in a relatively puny Landgraviate.
Of course, even if she did know, assuming any creator (or other entity that put them in that position) existed, he/she/it might still be around. As you said - revenge is something she's into.

As @veekie said, pile bunker ... but that came (much) later. Briefly - actually, I'll just quote the relevant articles:
Nanako's article in Tsukihime Dokuhon Plus Period said:
...
Originally she was the girl offered up as a sacrifice during the creation of the Seventh Holy Scripture, but after her death she merged with the holy beast used as the scripture's foundation and ended up with her current form. Her most distinctive characteristics are her blue, sci-fi bodysuit and her hoof-ish hands and feet.
Though she is the guardian spirit of the Seventh Holy Scripture, that doesn't mean that she's the guardian spirit of the Seventh Holy Scripture's wielder as well. The reason that she complies with Ciel's orders regardless is because Ciel is the first master she's had capable of giving her form. Manifesting a guardian spirit isn't something that can be accomplished without an excessive amount of magical energy, after all.

Seventh Holy Scripture's article in Tsukihime Dokuhon Plus Period said:
The conceptual armament that Ciel is authorized to carry. An iron hammer created by the Church in order to renounce the heretical doctrine of reincarnation.
It was created by felling a miraculous beast said to consume souls, then using its horn as a key. The surface of the horn is inscribed with tightly-packed complaints about how "reincarnation is really lame".
Since it's been almost a thousand years since it was first created, it even has an elemental living within it.
It was sanctified over the course of many years, but eventually fell into Ciel's hands.
"A horn!? That's not practical at all. The higher-ups are totally out of touch!"
Unable to hold herself back, she set about improving it, and because of that the Scripture's elemental ended up having the essence of its personality warped.
Before Ciel remodeled it, it was only effective against spiritual entities. Now, however, it has been transformedinto a lump of iron that can pound a vampire to death with its physical attack power alone. It has a gross weight of 60 kilograms, and a maximum weight of twice that with optional attachments. It's a… Gatling scripture!?
The Melty Blood Act Cadenza PS2 Manual clarifies that the 'ammunition' for the pile bunker stake are pages of the Holy Scripture.
Possible Headcanons: For some reason, two bits of information that are stuck in my head are that the 'miraculous beast' is a unicorn, and that 'Nanako' was originally French ... but I don't know where I read those - if I even did - and I don't feel like rereading/watching 'Nanako-chan SOS' to see if the information is there. For all I know, it's another 'modern Nasuverse elephants have A-rank Magic Resistance' thing.
... Pache really is nice to people who aren't Flan and who don't push her buttons, isn't she? First Miyu, now Seven ....
How I see it, Seven is more control program, OS, of the weapon that converts blessed items, from pages of blessed books (Bible) up to relics like wood chips from the Cross into pure Holy (Light) energy that she then shoots at enemies (Undead, Demons, maybe Youkai).
By the way what will happen when Seven meets the Komainu?
[X] Agree to introduce her to Marisa.
- [X] Ask if she wants to stay a while longer so she can get proper explanations from people about things.
Tohsaka winces as you consider her request. "I mean, it's really fine, I -"
"Sure, I can do that." She freezes as you cut her off. "Although … hm, do you want to stay in Gensokyo a bit longer? That way you can get thorough explanations from people about anything you don't understand." She frowns. You have your clones search for Marisa in the rooms allocated to the party.
"Do you really think it'll be that difficult to figure out what she's saying?" You shrug - you don't know what kind of magic Marisa uses, after all.
"I don't know, but - um, Ilya, what did you call Spell Cards when I first showed them to you? A magic crest of some kind?" Ilya giggles at Tohsaka's expression and nods.
"Well, it's not quite the same thing, but I do think that you're not going to learn much about how magic works here in just a few hours, Rin. And that assumes that Marisa is willing to talk to you about something like that in the first place." Tohsaka nods seriously and looks at you.
"I see … but I wouldn't need any permission from you to stay here, right?" You shake your head.
"No, and I'm not sure if you'd rather see if Marisa knows of a closer place for you to stay so she can talk to you or if you can work something out with Patchouli or my sister where Marisa comes here to talk. The only thing would be that I'm not sure you'd be able to get back to your home without my sister or Patchouli's help. Since I'm offering, it shouldn't be a problem, though." Her lips tighten as she figures out what you don't say - that if she says no and changes her mind later, she won't have your support trying to get home. Or worse, if you'd declined to assist her and she went to Marisa on her own.
"Then - if Marisa agrees to talk to me, and if I do need more time to work these things out, I'll be glad to accept your hospitality." You beam at her and she gives you a confused look. Unfortunately, your clones haven't found Marisa, and that means ….
"Great! However - Deis, you work in the library, right? Can you scry for excessive magic, like a danmaku battle? I don't think Marisa's up here, and she did mention wanting to go down to the library, and Patchouli isn't up here either, so they might have had a duel." Deis shrugs and places a hand flat on the table as Tohsaka frowns at you.
"Fighting in the library? With that laser?" You nod and Tohsaka pales. "Oh, the books'll be fine. Might need some new shelves, depending on what happens, but Patchouli hates having anything happen to her books.
"Ha!" Deis grins fiercely and the table glows for a moment before becoming a screen showing one of the sections of the library. Patchouli is kneeling against an overturned couch, breathing heavily and wracked with coughs, with Koakuma and the mind-reader's cat youkai hovering over her worriedly. The mind-reader herself is in the middle of giving a scolding lecture to a battered-and-scorched-looking Marisa - who, of course, doesn't look at all remorseful for her actions, only at being harangued by a youkai. You nod and smile at Deis.
"Thank you! Then I'll go collect Marisa so you can talk to her, Tohsaka. Ah, should I bring her here, or do you want to meet her outside?" Tohsaka's mouth works for a moment, then she shakes her head.
"Um, here is fine. Thanks. But … why are you helping me?" You look at her for a long moment, then sigh. Does no one remember hospitality and guest rights?
"You're my guest, Tohsaka, and that puts certain responsibilities on me. Naturally, there are limits and such - but Marisa is still here, so it's not like introducing the two of you is difficult, and securing safe passage back to your world is a basic requirement since we brought you here with the assumption that you would be going back." Tohsaka looks a little embarrassed and nods quickly; you glance at the table's image once more and see that Marisa is getting up to leave, and the mind-reader is returning to Patchouli's side. "Right, I'll be back with Marisa in a minute." You sketch a quick curtsy and fly toward the door leading to the hallway. There's only one way for Marisa to leave the library, so you won't need to reorganize your clones to keep her contained. You wait for her near the top of the stairway, sitting on the railing until she flies up to you on her broom.
"Yeah, yeah, I'm leavin'," she says grumpily as you wave.
"Eh? That's no good! Tohsaka wants to talk with you." She blinks and stops moving, frowning at you.
"Talk to me? Who's Tohsaka?" You nod, grinning.
"Tohsaka's one of my guests. She asked me to introduce her to you, and said that your lasers were interesting." A smile splits Marisa's face and she turns fully toward you.
"What? Really? Eh, wait - one of your guests … which one?" You nod.
"Black hair, red dress. She's a mage, of course, but I don't think her magic style is used by anyone in Gensokyo. Well, Ilya, but no one from Gensokyo." Marisa's eyes narrow a bit, but she can't wipe the smile off her face, and after a moment she nods.
"Well, I was after some books, but if she does use a different kind of magic - huh, that could be interestin'! When's she leavin'?" You nod again.
"That's kind of up to you. Normally she'd leave tonight, but depending on how her talks with you go, she might stay a bit longer. I don't know if it would be easier to set up something for you to come here or if you know a place she can stay closer to your home -" Marisa waves off the problem.
"Eh, if we get along, I can invite her over to my place. Anyway, le's go, I wanna meet her!" She kicks her heels back, as if spurring on a horse, and you zip past her, flying neatly as she swerves energetically from side to side. Of course, once you enter the ballroom, you both land and walk to the table. Marisa studies your friends and Tohsaka, and Ilya and Lulu scuttle out of the way; Tohsaka stands up politely as you approach.
"Marisa, this is Tohsaka Rin; Tohsaka, this is Marisa Kirisame." Interestingly, they both reach out to shake hands without prompting.
"Pleased to meetcha! Just call me Marisa. The little sister here said you liked my lasers," Marisa says, and you scowl lightly at her. Tohsaka nods.
"Yes, something like that. Um - ah …." Marisa laughs as Tohsaka tries to figure out what to ask.
"Here, why don't I sit down and we can talk, and maybe a bit later we can go outside and I can show you a few things if you're still interested?" Tohsaka nods, and as they sit at the table you glance at your friends, motioning toward the pair questioningly. Ilya shakes her head, and after a moment's thought so does Lulu. Deis, however, nods slightly and leans forward, resting her chin on interlaced fingers - although when you look, she isn't watching the two girls, but the space over Tohsaka's right shoulder. Archer is probably there, then. You bow politely as Marisa and Tohsaka start feeling each other out - maybe Marisa's greater age will make it easier for Tohsaka to learn from her - and withdraw, meandering with your friends, followed by your servants, toward the drinks.
"… Flan, do you know where Mama is?" You glance at Lulu and nod as your clone catches sight of the Mid-Childans.
"Yep. She's with Zest, Agito, and Nanoha's group in one of the gardens. Shall we go see them?" She thinks about it for a few steps, then shakes her head again. You frown at her, but Ilya shakes her head and smiles. Is it a human thing? Or does Lulu feel more comfortable talking with Ilya about some things? You glance at the shrine maidens - Reimu looks like she's holding a competition with the girl in the hat, but the other one is passed out already. Sakuya holds out a cup of honey tea to Lulu, who accepts it gratefully, and looks at you questioningly.
What do you do?

"You are my guest, after all, and it's no great effort to bring her to you. Now, I'll be back before you can say, 'I love Archer'!" You giggle as Tohsaka's face starts to try using her dress as camouflage, then turn and fly away. There's only one way for Marisa to get out of the library, so at least you don't need to go hunting for her or bring your clones into it.
You're nearly at the door to the hallway when you hear Tohsaka shriek something embarrassing after you. Fortunately - for just about everyone else in the room, anyway - the dance comes to a sudden conclusion just before she calls out, so her voice is the one thing that everyone can focus on. You, of course, don't understand a word that she says - you'll have to ask people when you come back ….
…
You know, it occurs to me that the Tohsakas have the same practice as Marisa.
They copy the spells of others, theres no freaking way Rin learned the Gandr legitimately. Not when its the signature basic Finnish curse, and the Tohsakas are a Japanese Christian family with a tradition based in martial arts(from Tohsaka Nagato) and gemcraft(from Zeltretch, the Great Ancestor referenced in their summoning incantation).
