I am not wanting to gain anything from this, flan just will just network and set up a meeting with fate and eirin, up to them if they negotiate an agreement.

Tool needs to make her life decision with a true understanding of what Mother really did and not in pain and duress.

[X] Tell her to wait on the decision. If she survives to reach Gensokyo, there are a number of literal miracle healers who might be able to do something for a price. Or failing that, if she dies in Gensokyo, she'd probably go to the Netherworld which you can also visit.

Then everyone kinda look at us and ask questions. Then Fate get dragged into this because Flandre had to learn where she was from someone.
I rather think everyone else would look at us anyway. I mean, I really doubt Flandre is so super-subtle than no one else will put two and two together if she kills Tool. Forensic stealth isn't really a skill she's displayed.

GM WORD
DM Note: So … a few things. First: Flan will not get into trouble if she kills Tool on Fate's request, period.

At the very least, trust the GM for this, please!

Since we hardly seen Tool, and probably never see Fate after this stint, i not really caring about this decision that much. I am just siding with the ever distant happy ending where Tool heals, pain ends, and learns to live. *shrugs*

[X] Kill Tool.
-[X] Wait until night.
-[X] Ask Fate if she happen to have any lullaby she enjoyed when she was younger.

If we had the option to hijack a goddamn ship for Fate before for the sake of a family issue, surely Flandre granting a mercy death is not OOC.

@Entropy Judge
Of course, if I'm wrong and this is going to be messy, just tell me.

We aren't likely to get Eirin's help with this, according to the QM. And if we do try to get it, that's not for a few months yet. I'm not sure how much of that Fate's willing to bear...

And while family is important, my own family recently let my ailing grandfather pass away. He was very old, very sick, and nearly incoherent. I understand how important it is to be willing to let the suffering pass on.
If there's no chance of the girl recovering, and she wants to pass away, I would be a huge hypocrite to say otherwise.

As long as Fate isn't going to blame Flandre for it, then:

[X] Kill Tool.
-[X] Wait until night.
-[X] Ask Fate if she happen to have any lullaby she enjoyed when she was younger.

Family is important, but so is respecting their wishes. And there really isn't a good way to keep Tool alive available.

Work was so much do not want ... let's see.

[ ] Kill Tool.
- [ ] Wait until night. Kill her stealthily, drain her blood from her until she is dead. At least, this will justify it in your legend, you don't gain anything else from it otherwise. Make sure to not damage the body in any way, let Fate give Tool her sister proper funeral. Tell Fate more about Gensokyo and about the Land being neighbor with the Afterlife. Let her know about Shinigami and Yamaxanadu wandering Gensokyo sometime.

Honestly, mercy kills aren't Flandre's style. She prefers to kill in fight or ambush but if she sees Fate as a friend, she will do it for her. She also has no issues with death and dying, so letting Tool have her wish fulfilled will not bother her in slightest.
A few things here, but the two most important are that Flan's 'legend' won't affect or be affected by anything she does with/to Tool, and she doesn't know about Advisors on Death as random encounters.

We could make her a vampire, if we really care?
Pretty sure it was mentioned waaaaaay back that Flan doesn't actually know how to make other vampires.
If you could convince Fate and then Tool to try it, and then if Tool survived the process, yes, it's possible to make Tool a vampire. And/or Satsuki :p (But, yes, the Bureau did find out how the last vampire got made, so while Flan doesn't precisely know herself, bringing it up will inform her.)

I am not wanting to gain anything from this, flan just will just network and set up a meeting with fate and eirin, up to them if they negotiate an agreement.
Honestly, Flan's not likely to do much 'networking' between Fate and Eirin, either. Zest, on the other hand ....

Right, so the way Flan killing her is going to work is basically: 1) Fate and Flan go to the hospital, 2) Fate turns off the alarms that tell doctors that their patient is dying/dead, 3) Flan kills Tool. No one who matters is going to make an issue of it, if they even find out.

Does Zest had a means of contacting Eirin? Consider Eirin occupation, she is likely to keep tabs on Zest because of his medical conficondi. And she likely would fugure out Zest is from another world. To keep tabs or he need an check up, she would provided him a means to contact her.

Well remilia might wanna use possible support for tool as a bargain chip for whatever negociations she is doing between Gensokyo and the TSAB. But Fate is "just" a .....whatever she is, not top level really.
