[X] Keep watching and see how Ilya and Tohsaka handle the situation.
"You came here to tell me that if I don't leave the land that my family owns, you'll throw me out? My, you Japanese really are barbarians," Ilya says coldly. Berserker appears beside her, huge and silent, and Leysritt raises her halberd to a battle-ready position. "If you want to try, of course I will defend myself, my guests, and my property." Sella takes a step to the side, placing herself in front of Tohsaka, and you scowl; Ilya's serious about guest rights right now. You look around as the Tohno girl studies Berserker, but Archer is still hidden. You can't imagine him trying anything with Tohsaka right there, though.
"Kishima-san," Tohno says, and after a moment the one-eyed man nods. So that's his name … you watch him as he lowers his head for a moment's preparation. He bounds forward, not directly toward Ilya, but to the side, and as he lands and readies himself to make his assault, fire explodes around him. He surges forward, monstrously quick, and you lean forward intently as Berserker meets him halfway. The great stone sword swings down, and just for an instant the irresistible force is slowed. Rather than attempting to match his strength directly, however, Kishima pushes the weapon down and away, and strikes up at Berserker's face. The implacable giant barely rocks back, and his sword is already sweeping around to strike at the flame-shrouded man. Out of position as he is, Kishima is still able to drop his arm and block the oncoming blow. Even as he's sent tumbling away and Berserker leaps at him, your opinion of the man rises and you almost wish he wasn't about to die. You glance back at Ilya and Tohno, not that you expect to see much, only to stare in stunned horror as Ilya unceremoniously topples to the side. Blowing wind makes Tohno's hair billow menacingly as Sella and Leysritt belatedly react to their fallen mistress.
"Lady Illyasviel!"
"Ilya!"
Tohsaka stares down at Ilya before her head jerks back up to watch Tohno, her dagger held in one shaking hand. Berserker's brutal roar echoes through the clearing as he hurtles back to protect his Master, and Tohsaka stumbles, hand over one ear, as he roars again before charging at Tohno. The red-haired girl jumps up and back, but not nearly quickly enough to avoid the approaching cataclysm … yet Berserker's strike does not land cleanly, instead blocked by a red barrier. Still, he hits her hard and Tohno clips one of the cars before tumbling uncontrollably across the empty field. Some of the humans run away from the vehicles while others move closer to Berserker, but a handful of attacks is all that is necessary to send the shattered wrecks of the cars flying and reduce the oncoming men to sprays of blood and viscera.
He is only the sideshow, however, as Kishima leaps to the attack again, landing bare meters from Tohsaka and lunging toward her. Archer appears, blocking his path with his twin swords, but without room to maneuver his options against the blazing man are limited. Kishima ignores the blood flowing from his numerous injuries, minor and major, and Archer flies back, fire wreathing his body as he twists in the air. Tohsaka follows in a flash as Kishima casually backhands her in his approach on Ilya. Leysritt interposes herself as Berserker aborts his rampage, and her halberd slices through the air to bury itself in Kishima's arm. Even as Berserker passes over Ilya, picking up her and Sella, Kishima steps into Leysritt and grabs her around the throat before hurling her into the side of the garage. Before her crumpled form can even fall to the ground, a tidal wave of flames sweeps across the clearing toward Tohno, and Ershin charges Kishima. Its crackling fist surges forward, unleashing a crackling torrent of energy, but the man's counterattack is too swift for the armor to stop it. Ershin is thrown back, the front of the armor riven so badly that the interior can be seen, and while Kishima still stands his condition is little better. Your mind finally begins working, finally becomes unstuck from the condition of observing, you feel a twisting swell of emotions - anger at Tohno for hurting Ilya; a numbing fear at the ease with which Ilya was dispatched and your inability to see how it happened; shame at your own failure to help in the brutal seconds following Ilya's collapse; fear for Ilya's safety; anger at Ilya for not asking for your help.
Movement, a flash of red, and you glance to the side to see Archer, battered and bloody, gently pick up his Master and retreat, leaping up onto the roof to follow Berserker's path through the wall of the castle. You cast your still-numbed gaze over the clearing. Leysritt lies unmoving against the cracked wall of the garage; Ershin is sundered and still. Kishima is similarly broken, his left arm nearly cleaved through and his rib cage exposed to the elements, but he still stands. And across the clearing, nearly at the treeline, Tohno's few remaining attendants help her to her feet.

DM Note: The low success rate for capturing Akiha is a result of Flan having a good chance of killing her accidentally while trying to subdue her. Also, no major characters on either side are dead yet.
