[X] Sirim
RoSS? Rodents of Significant Size?[X] Sirim
I do like the arguments for why Sirim should be the primary tutor.
If it's not too late, it might be worthwhile to see if we can pick up a RoSS, and throw in that bone-spell that gives DR5 against two of the physical damage types?
Edit: @DragonParadox is it reasonable for us to have organised in the background to have a planned schedule where we put a casting of Mirror Sight into a RoSS for Anippe to have live two-way communication with her mum every so many days?
Rodents of Significant Size are Perfectly Normal Beasts, in their own way.RoSS? Rodents of Significant Size?
Which bone spell is that? You mean Defending Bone? Kori knows that one.
Sirim knows Clay Skin, which is even better, but it's a 3rd level spell.
Yeah, it'd be a sacrifice of whatever spells were already in the ring - so they'd need to be put back in, and Sirim would need to prepare and cast the spell into ring with a third level slot.Ah yes, that would work, though it would cost the spell slots to use it every other day or so.
Clay Skin is 10 minutes per level. Still worse than Defending Bone, but much better than 1 minute per level.Rodents of Significant Size are Perfectly Normal Beasts, in their own way.
Thanks for telling me about Clay Skin, I need to go over the char sheets soon.
Clay skin would be a fair bit better, except it's minute/level rather than hour/level, though that's a very niche advantage in these circumstances.
The main thing is, is there a really clutch level 1 defensive/escape spell to put into the ring for Anippe to have on-hand?
If there is, that'd push me to preferring Defending Bone.

That's overcomplicating things a bit, dude. There is no reason Sirim can't just cast the spell himself, targeting a mirror Eshe shows him before we leave, then allowing the mother and daughter to communicate using the mirrors.Edit: @DragonParadox is it reasonable for us to have organised in the background to have a planned schedule where we put a casting of Mirror Sight into a RoSS for Anippe to have live two-way communication with her mum every so many days?
Windy Escape is a good one, but it's normally limited by race. Wild Arcana might be able to duplicate it, though, depending on what @DragonParadox says.
That's what I thought, too. Figured it would be worth checking, though.Wild Arcana only lets you copy spells off your list, if it is not on there normally you can't do it. It's the same reason why Kori can't cast divine spells locked to specific gods.
1. Misread the page. The 10min/level is much much better than min/level, and with that and the lack of amazing level 1 spells, I'm in favour of her having a RoSS of Clay Skin.1. Clay Skin is 10 minutes per level. Still worse than Defending Bone, but much better than 1 minute per level.

So Eshe can cast it, and Anippe can be near the mirror at the right time and they can write to eachother easily. You receive only visual information through this ability. You can choose to transmit information both ways so that a person reflected in the remote mirror can view whatever appears in the mirror you are using.
If Eshe has a Ring of Spell Storing Anippe can use, I'm cool with that. I'm not sure about retasking the ones we have for Anippe's use, though. If necessary, I guess Mina's would be the most likely to get the job.1. Misread the page. 2. I got very mixed up and thought that only the caster can see through the mirror. Looking again, it makes a "magical sensor", so I think it would be caster only unless Anippe had some what to share Sirim's senses, except for:
So Eshe can cast it, and Anippe can be near the mirror at the right time and they can write to eachother easily.
Once we teleport over to Cheliax, I don't see much reason for keeping Warty hidden. We'll be in potentially hostile territory, so having him ready for action makes sense, IMO.@DragonParadox can we introduce her to Warty at some point? Since I'm sure he will be unleashed once on boat or at least back in Chelish.

Oh crap, so that's how it's going to work out. At least Cob is the best suited for avoiding such an attack and retaliating appropriately.

I guess we had one more night in Augustana before departing?
Were we able to buy any Alchemical power components from Eshe, or other vendors in the city over the past five days? They're mostly all pretty common ingredients that should be available from multiple suppliers.
