Yeah, I'll have to diversify more if I ever want to get my hands on a tank, but I may not. For a defensive company, artillery and IFVs should be enough on the armor front.
Also, is it just me or is What Negative Trait kinda OP? Sure, you spend 10% of your starting income, but in return you don't have an issue you'll get plagued by for the entire rest of the game.

For one it can be used as a Forward Element that you can have conducting Patrols and in case of a attack at your base as mobile cover. They also have Machine Guns, and the main gun which gives you some more AT capabilities.

I think you can tell which one I like, not by nation, but just because it's a damn good piece of hardware that remains in military vehicle pools to this day IRL. For reference, countries in red formerly operated Centurions, and countries in blue still do in 2017, and this is a tank that was designed in 1945.

When going into technical aspects I like American made tanks due to their cost effectiveness although I have to say I never really liked the Sherman's due to the faulty design that lead to their name of Tommy Cooker.

I... no? I mean, I'm not claiming the Sherman was perfect, but it was an entirely serviceable and competitive tank with its equals, the T-34 and Pz. 4H, and more importantly it was cheap and easy.
You want shitty American tanks, you need the Lee, whose lend-lease Russian copies picked up the nickname "The Coffin for Six Brothers"
LOL dont be so hesitant to lay a smackdown. XD Anyways, I changed it to 50% as you said and started cracking up because I was thinking of a tank as a reward and getting literally half of it.

The way I see it with the Sherman was thay they couldn't be bothered to fix that design flaw. Completely ugly thing when thinking about it to be honest.
Still a million times better then New Zealand's first Tank.

That's why I said GMC rewards. That would be strange.
But it still may need to be changed because (and I need to get @Dust and echoes into our GM convo to confirm) I THINK we're going with the contract bidding system, where you're essentially bidding against the other players over who can do a job the cheapest, in which case your bonus is completely impossible.
If I'm wrong though, it stays. I really don't mind either system.

Thing is, the E8 and Jumbo were still Sherman variants and they worked as roles that Germany or Britain built whole new tanks for. It's a perfectly serviceable design in a lot of respects.

Here we go! From Wikipedia's article on the Centurion:
"The Israeli version of the Centurion earned its legendary status during the Battle of "The Valley of Tears" on the Golan Heights in the 1973 Yom Kippur War. Fewer than 100 Centurion tanks of the 7th Armoured Brigade defeated the advance of some 500 Syrian T-55s and T-62s. The Sho't became emblematic of Israeli armour's prowess."
From the looks of it taking a reusable launcher into battle costs 1 GMC. Is this in addition to normal maintenance costs? And do single-use launchers still require maintenance payments?

Single-uses do not accrue maintainance, and reusables only do if you fire them.... at least the way I wrote it. Dust may have changed that for balance.
I don't see anything technically WRONG with it, but doubled mission rewards is kinda iffy, as far as upsides go. That's pretty powerful. Maybe tone it down to 50% more GMC rewards or so? @Dust and echoes?
I have a request for an IFV: I think the AMX-VCI is worth adding, being a slightly older version of the AMX-10P with a passenger complement one larger, and still packing a 20mm autocannon and TOW launchers in its modernized variants. Tempted to ask for the Nagmachon too.
I'll roll up a number of contracts each turn, which companies will bid on. There will also occasionally be "special" contracts in which an employer will approach a PMC individually.
