I have a request for an IFV: I think the AMX-VCI is worth adding, being a slightly older version of the AMX-10P with a passenger complement one larger, and still packing a 20mm autocannon and TOW launchers in its modernized variants. Tempted to ask for the Nagmachon too.

Just because they are known for being Ninja's doesn't mean they won't get down and dirty every now better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it.
Yes, but.... ISU-122s? Because a Russian heavy tank stripped down into a TD is stealthy? And attack helis?

I also note a surprising lack, in general, of people picking any Russian equipment. I mean, I have an in-story reason not to use DIRTY COMMIE stuff, but it's generally pretty good.

Because when you need said support it better not be shitty as all hell.

Because reasons that I can't quite explain also I was going for a cross arms unit that was flexible. The stealth part was for me to get my troops in a I just realized can I choose a different negative.
Yeah. That was my question.

Stealth is good, but if it makes you crap at fighting then why even prepare for a outright fight? Work on ways to never, ever fight fair instead.

And I have a sad, because we cannot into STuG.

Fixed that now I have a bad public image and we both know I tend to lean towards being a good guy.

Since when? :p

Incidentally, it seems like everyone who's bought IFVs so far bought Marders. I.E. Everyone but @CommanderBlade who apparently is allergic to troop transports in general. :p

I now have a hilarious image of the Marauders showing up to military bases on greyhound buses in full gear. Not that anyone has enough APC/IFVs to carry everyone anyway.

That was me kinda going a little nuts but other then him and Dak I normally play pretty much a good guy. Also think about this the bad public image makes it harder for me to deal with local authorities such as the police or military, makes it harder to obtain weapons and vehicles from certain parties and immediately puts me at odds with a few PMCs.

I have literal Nazis. My CEO was in the Waffen SS. On the upside, IRL he was buried with honors in Arlington National Cemetary, so it's not like he's a racist, just rabidly anti-communist.

Specifically, Lauri Allan Torni served in the Finnish Army, the Waffen SS, and the Green Berets as each army respectively became the forefront of the business of punching commies in the nose. In total, he won:
  • 2nd class medal of freedom, 26 July 1940
  • 1st class medal of freedom, 24 August 1940
  • 3rd class Cross of Liberty, 9 October 1941
  • 4th class Cross of Liberty, 23 May 1942
  • Mannerheim Cross, 9 July 1944
  • 1st Div. memorial cross
  • Border Jaeger Troops cross
  • Defence Forces bronze medal
  • 2 class Iron Cross, 11 December 1943
  • Legion of Merit
  • Distinguished Flying Cross
  • Bronze Star
  • Purple Heart (twice)
  • Air Medal
  • Army Commendation Medal
  • Good Conduct Medal
  • Vietnam Campaign Medal
  • Vietnam Service Medal
  • National Defense Service Medal
  • Combat Infantry Badge
  • Parachute Badge (Master)
And he died having served as a Finnish Captain, a Nazi Hauptsturmführer, and a US Major

No because they will ride on the back of the tanks until within twenty clicks of the target and then from there will just go out on foot riding in a IFV really throws that Stealth bonus out the window.

Eh.... I'd be leery of tossing my men onto a juicy priority target like a tank without any protection, but to each his own.

Overlord Security(EternalStruggle)
Oh hey this is a neat-looking thing.

Company Name: Overlord Security

CEO Name: Thomas Holbon

CEO brief description: A large, well-dressed businessman born in England, like many others Thomas would be running a boardroom instead of a hardened band of soldiers if it weren't for the enormous potential in mercenary business these days. Fairly scrupulous as far as mercenary CEOs go, he is nevertheless fully aware of the reality of warfare, and is very interested in keeping his pockets full. Didn't have much of a notable history before becoming the founder and owner of Overlord, other than being a senior executive in another, more conventional firm before making his own path, with some help from the stock market of course. Hopes to make a name for his new forces as experts in location defense.

Uniform: Humble and well maintained beige fatigues and armored vests, nothing out of the ordinary and eminently practical.

Emblem:

Total GMC: 1035.5

GMC Expenses: 77.25

Bases: Ground Base - Niger
Additions: Vehicle Depot - Reduces Vehicle Maintenance Costs to 25%.
Wall
Searchlights
Structural Reinforcements
Expansive Field of Land Mines
Tank Berms
Dragons' Teeth
Pillboxes
Radar Systems
Bunkers

Traits:
-Positive-
Guards, Guards!
Due to extensive training and experience, Overlord soldiers perform better than most when defending a static location, both in terms of keeping it secure and protecting it from any assaults that may occur. Once dug in, they prove very difficult to dislodge, and are fully capable of driving back all but the largest enemy attacks. And few spies of any kind gain access to what they guard.

-Negative-
What is Raid?
While they are capable of conducting grinding pitched battles adequately, Overlord troops aren't that good at quick raids against enemy targets. Having entirely the opposite side of the equation drilled into them helps, as they know what the enemy should do, but it hurts more, as they often use inefficient tactics and sometimes fail to understand what they need to do. It's hardly crippling, but they certainly don't perform at their best when they have the initiative.

Equipment:
Mobile Forces:
850 HK33 Assault Rifles.
350 HK21 Machine Guns.
19 PSG1 Sniper Rifles.

There. And it's in keeping with the suggestion to only spend 30 credits. An infantry heavy force, as you can see.
The 30-credit thing is my suggestion, just so you have wiggle room to avoid debt if you have a disappointing month. But yeah, it looks good.

Edit: EVEN MORE MARDERS. MARDERS FOR EVERYONE!

YOU GET A MARDER AND YOU GET A MARDER!

I know, and think it's not a bad idea.

That said, I do think I'll go a bit further and double my vehicle count. Which still leaves me enough money to cover half my expenses, and if I can't even make 10 net credits in the first month than I think I shouldn't be in the mercenary business.

So now I'm spending half my utilized cash on infantry and half on vehicles. That's six vehicles to 500 soldiers, and said soldiers aren't exactly being given bargain-basement tier gear either.

Note to self: vehicles are expensive.

I may have to redo my entire sheet just to have SOMEONE in this game using Soviet gear.
