*Executive GM Order #001*

All of you who paid to remove your negative traits, I have good news and bad news.

Good news: you now have 5 more GMC

Bad news: you are now shackled to a negative trait. Pick one.

(Screw negotiation, I'm laying the hammer down :D)

@Dust and echoes what does @NyxNull 's "free vehicles" mean?
For every IFV you own you get 2 utility ground vehicles (unarmored transport or cargo vehicles with no weapons) for free. For every helicopter you own you gain a utility helicopter with the same traits for free.

This is to counter the fact that some companies don't have any viable transportation.

Everyone had them, nyx just saw fit to write them down.

I did an explanation a few pages back, I'll see if I can find and thread mark it.

Hey GMs can you make short cuts on the first page of all the PMCs so we don't have to scroll through looking for them please.

New Conquistadors-Black Mantis's clear desire for wealth and resources from the nations it operates in wears on their clients quickly. Lessen all positive relationship boosts and increase all negatives with Third World clients.

Golden Pheonix(Commanderhowitzer)
Golden Phoenix
CEO Name: Honglong, or the "Crimson Dragon"
CEO Brief Description: Few knows the name of the self-proclaimed Crimson Dragon, and none within the company knows his history. An orphan born somewhere in the People's republic of China with no family, he was raised to be a runner for high-risk missions, who can be counted on to fool and slip past authorities, he has quickly risen to the top of a particular PMC group, the Golden Phoenix. Skilled in wing-chun With the continent of Africa suddenly brimming with riches untold, the old epitome of riches breeding more riches is coming alive before everyone's eyes as all seeks to take this opportunity to make a fabulous amount of wealth for themselves. The Crimson Dragon is among these, one of many trying to make a name for themselves under the sun.

There can only be one winner, of course.
Uniform:
Total GMC:
20 GMC
GMC Expenses: 23 GMC
Traits:
-Positive-
Commandoes: The Golden Phoenix may not be as large as some other PMCs, but this doesn't mean that it is inconsequential or punches below others. Far from it, the PMC has developed a strong and veteran core of elite commandoes, known to get things done and with a reputation to match. They can outfight even larger PMCs, and targets and victims grow demoralized if they learn of this group coming after them. +to fighting skill and tenacity, +to reputation and -to enemy morale.
-Negative-
High Upkeep: Keeping a good force sustained takes lots of resources, and this shows for the Phoenix. Overall expenses are increased by 150%, making the PMC choose high-risk contracts to sustain itself (this is rounded up if decimal).
Equipment:
  • 3 Mil Mi-24 Hind Helicopters (18 GMC Cost, 9 GMC Upkeep)
  • 1 Bell AH-1 Cobra helicopter (4 GMC Cost, 2 GMC upkeep)
  • 4 Mil Mi-17 Hip helicopters (Free utility helicopters)
  • 50 AR-18 (2 GMC Cost, 1 GMC upkeep)
  • 2 M-14 (2 GMC Cost, 1 GMC Upkeep)
  • 2 Carl Gustav (4 GMC Cost, 2 GMC Upkeep)

I picked a hefty malus, is this good?
