I want Apex Flight because it's lowers Heartlessness and increases Awesomeness. And I want Sorcerer and BotBM because that combination together, apparently results in "No Wracking (Creation Much Less Imperiled)".

Creation being less imperiled can only be a good thing. :V

Heh, out of curiosity, would either Inexhaustible or Relentless Ember wind up being the ancestors of Resolute Flame? Pretty much only asking because Flame was the only notable Fire Aspect NPC from previous games, so.

It is kinda sad really. Worst is that some seem to not want to pick the Lea options because it will somehow affect Moon and Uly down the road. That Odyssial cant spend time with his wife cause a few thousand years down the his reincarnation will have a girlfriend is both kinda sad and silly.:p

Creation's defenses are stronger because the Wracking doesn't happen. In The Odyssey, creation was 2-3 decades away from annihilation because the Sids were broken as a power base. Great for new Solars, terrible for Creation.

We... don't actually know what the Wracking is, honestly, only that it killed the leadership of the Fivescore Fellowship. Speculation along those lines is premature, and if Odyssial was not Usurped, then how in the hell would he have died?

This cements Odyssial's position as the greatest of the Solar Host, period, and gives him immense power over the celestial bureaucracy, and we can store the, hopefully, Artifact n/a sword within to give to Ulyssian when he finally exalts.
[X] Sorcerer of the Adamant Circle
This would help in ensuring the reincarnation succeeds, help empower Lealope, and increases greateness.
[X] Subduer of the Wyld
This would expand Creation's borders and hopefully act as a release valve for the Exalted Host so that they don't fall that much into decay as in canon and earns a loyal army of dragon blooded the hopefully survived.
[X] The Blade of the Battle-Maiden
Artifact 5 blade, and it will help ensure that the Gold Faction lives on after the Usurpation, and it will win the loyalty of an elder sidereal when the second age comes.

If we get all of this then we would end with Heartlessness 9, and guranteed to get Greatness 10 in the next epoch granting an extra perk. This means that we would get 2 extra picks in the next epoch along with the normal 2.

The implication was that it was from Anys Syn having her One Hand Fury debt "Activated" at a critical moment and blowing the Sidereal shell game wide open. Given how it was chiefly the Elders (Who were the ones who were actually involved) fucked over, while the younger ones like Sad Ivory were generally okay?

So perhaps it was just Odyssial twigging onto the fact that One Hand Fury is a Primordial trap and making countermeasures?

One Hand Fury probably played a part, but there was more to it than that. After all, the OHF activation massacre has a canonical name: the Lotus Massacre. Syn's very essence was tearing itself apart when used. Destroying her memories, martial styles, attributes, skills, everything. She was a heinous bitch of the highest order, but anything that can do that the Exalted is... yeah. Remember the ? in the title. Things are not as they seem.

You currently have 8H, so you'd end up with 10H.

It goes above the Heartlessness limit that I'm comfortable with, but we should be able to get it down to at least 9, and Apex Flight hopefully mitigates the worst of it.

The very minimum Heartlessness allowed if you choose that will be 9, 10 if we take another choice in the next era.
 
Adjusted again, because in hindsight, I'm not very comfortable with losing all of our "Usurpation" actions.

Apex Flight, Blade of the Battle Maiden, and Sorcerer of the Adamant Circle, hopefully that'll be enough.

Well, the Wracking is not necessarily bad for you personally. It's actually kind of good for you personally, sorta. It's just bad for Creation as a whole. But Ulyssian with 20+ years to save Creation has a good shot at saving it, assuming he doesn't get distracted or something.
