I just thought a very specific example and reason for get information about what the Yozi's are plotting (unless this has been already mentioned): If they have plans for taking over or destroying the Sword of Creation, we could slow down such things for until we are powerful enough to grab it for ourself. Though Her Redness should be able to do take over it again just by herself as far as I can see, so the problem could be bit hard to solve.
 
Hmm, I'm undecided. It seems a bit spiteful to vote for a Limit Break in light of the assassination option having been passed over, but the possibility of Anys pulling something has me rather worried. There are significant benefits to killing them in light of that, but most of the strongest reasons for a Limit Break depend on reasoning Ulyssian wouldn't be aware of. Not only do we get 100k or so experience, we'd get a full tank of willpower. That's huge, and not something we can afford to dismiss out of hand with willpower regeneration mechanics being what they are, if a Sidereal Elder really is coming for us in force. She may have deduced our identity; if she's here now, it's possible our use of Ambition jarred something in the Wracked depths of her memory loose.

@Rihaku, if you are still looking for a system to run the empire management, I hear Adventurer Conqueror King System does that well. However, I've never played it, nor do I have it. But when I asked around it was the only one recommended for an epic fantasy setting so I thought I might as well let you know. It appears to work of d20 rules so you would probably have to adapt it heavily, it may be easier to just use the ck2 system, though I don't think it fits Exalted or this quest very well.

I wonder how soon Anys is moving? Hopefully she does it later when we are at the academy after the predictionism -based improved defensive measures have been implemented, though I kind of doubt that she would be so kind to us that she would allow the opportunity to catch us while we are in the open to pass.

Elder Sidereal kung fu master is a powerful card, even if she can only play it once... I suppose the only hope we have is that if Anys has realized we're Odyssial, there's no way she would spend her power against Zao as she did previously; she would come for our head herself, with as much support as she could muster behind her. Still, that doesn't preclude the possibility that she hasn't come to that conclusion yet, or her utilizing less direct forms of attack if she has.

On a slightly brighter note, what do you think about taking the House Sesus option, now that we've got -2 Stress (the equivalent of two free actions!) to work with?

Well, considering we are accumulating insane amounts of stress anyway, and the completionist inside me crying for it... Maybe, especially if my Arch-Predictionist omake gives boost to the whole action, which could mean us benefitting even more from it. @Rihaku, what is your verdict on this?

Within reason, yes. Resources 4 is about 5x as much money as Resources 3.
