[Exalted, ?] Most High

You know if Ivory sides with Odyssian, can we help her be welcomed back in Heaven, since all the gods are rightfully scared shitless of Odyssial and would probably do anything to get out of punishment. After all he reduced Lytek to a gibbering wreck at Greatness 9 Heartlessness 8. Odyssial here was Greatness 10 Heartlessness 10.

You what I just realized? The Husk? "Everything Improves" What happens if we (somehow) got that to Auto?

Commandeering the Daystar, and jury-rigging it to go find Autochthon. I don't have a real reason to do so, but that was something I always wanted to see done. Hell maybe we do that to get the secrets of the Exaltation (Odyssial Exalts?) to lead to other tricks. Beyond the impossible is his shtick.
I thought Exaltation were pretty simple? You're giving up a permanent chunk of your power to someone else.

At this point Lytek dies from a heart attack, reincarnates as a human, and simultaneously becomes a Solar due to the fact he survived Odyssian unscathed.

Or, you know, he just faints. Actually that would be pretty funny. As Odyssian walks into Heaven gods faint upon seeing him.

[X] Essentially As Planned
[X] Escape

Still catching up after a few days out of town, so I'm not prepared for arguments (still reading the existing ones), but I think I'm sufficiently confident to vote before a deadline. I know Escape is going to lose, but Disguise is just too ridiculously unlikely to succeed (as well as harming our near-future survival by rearranging charms and such) for me to support and Kill seems a bit too bloodthirsty this soon.

Also, @Rihaku there's one post not currently threadmarked I think should be . I had to go searching for it to understand the results of that vote, personally. Just a thought.

You know we've bought Ivory right? We've got a Sid on our side.

Rihaku asked us awhile ago for Evocations for Odyssial's sword, but we were kind of busy arguing Kill Flame/Not Kill Flame and stuff.

I don't really understand how Evocations work, but I'd go for thematic resonance. Ten evocations for the Lord Strategos, to go with Greatness 10 and Heartless 10. Each details a significant event of his life.

His life as a mortal, to survive in a world that hates you.
The first Dawn, when Odyssial slew four-armed Larsiyfex.
The War of Glory, when Odyssial turned Lethos into the river Lethe (holy shit).
Meeting the Queen of Masks, a disguise so potent that you become the mask in every respect.
The Odyssian Horse gambit which earned him the title Lord Strategos. The peerless general takes the field.
A peace without ending. Fist of Unity gattai with Ivory.
The Ender of Ten Thousand Stories, a technique to force order on chaos.
Blade and Banner, Sidereals are given an irresistible urge to fight over him. Anys Syn: just tsundere?
The Singularity Husk. When an ideal and the world are in disharmony...
The Fairest, and the mitigation of Limit Breaks.

You wrote him up noticing the Anathema, and then he botched his roll to do so? A man can hope.
Rihaku either might have meant that he'd wrote stuff only to have the vote changed; or that he wrote stuff for Flame except that, well, Flame dies right after his perspective ends so it's kinda pointless for him.

At this point I'm not sure what had the best arguments, and if the pro-Disguise side had gotten enough stunts and ideas together to make it workable and viable.

EDIT: Also, for those curious but don't remember (or don't know) and haven't read the previous game -- this is taking place after Ulyssian had learned that Solars and Lunars are Exalted rather than demons; but it is just before Ulyssian advises Zao to tell Moon that he is her father.

So, Uly knows that Solars and Lunars (and Sidereals, for that matter) are Exalted.

Moon does not yet know that Zao is her father.

Flame is a dick.

And the Jaust twins are probably feeling extremely glad that Ulyssian didn't Exalt during their (unofficial) duel.

Evocations are based off of "The Wielder + The Sword" The sword provides the "Themes", but the wielder determines how those themes are manifest.

Hate implies that they mattered to it. They didn't; they were... simply inconsequential. Beneath its notice. It's not as if Lethos, the Flowerbed Panoply, a Primordial Titan, would condescend to recognize a human being. But Odyssial did hate them, and that hatred made him strong. So Lethos became Lethe, and was forever diminished.
