[X][RULE] Island Syndrom

[X] Through an odd mutation, some Vent Blamps are born as conjoined pairs. By pooling the gasses produced by both Blamps, they are able to produce more thrust than a regular Vent Blamp, letting them travel further from the ruins.

[Z][RULE] Convergent Evolution
Two creatures can evolve each turn as long as the evolution they are affected by is similar to one another.

[X][RULE] Island Syndrom
[X] Some groups of Cluster Blamps develop the ability to change the color of their skin. They learn to stick very close together and use this ability to mimic the appearance of a Megablamp or a Bomb Blamp to trick predators into avoiding them.

[X][RULE] Island Syndrom

[X] Some Slina gained the ability to flatten themselves. This lets them slip through cracks to avoid predators, and glide short distances to allow them to hunt prey that float further out from the ruins, such as Vent Blamps.

    [X][RULE] Convergent Evolution
[x] Webweaver Drekin develop better web-weaving capabilities and can use to them glide on the wind currents and thermals via silk parachutes and 'wings.'
    [X][RULE] Double Trouble
[X] Slina started developing rows of teeth inside their mouths in place of merely two, spike-like teeth. Those teeth can move inside their mouths, like kitchen blender, allowing them to rent apart Drekin shell within moments and have easier time consuming Blamps with tougher hide.

011 (Chameleon Cluster Blamp)

Chameleon Cluster Blamp
The Chameleon Cluster Blamp developed from the Cluster Blamp, and has chemicals in its skin that allow the Chameleon Cluster Blamp to change its coloration. The Chameleon Cluster Blamp can use this to change color to mimic the Boom Blamps causing creatures to avoid predating them. However, the webs of the Webweaver Drekin, and the sharp eyes of the Harpoon Slina are still dangers to the Chameleon Cluster Blamps. They hide within the coverage of the Tent Megablamps and use their color changing to mix with the facility's color when away from large numbers of their kin.

With the Chameleon Cluster Blamps the facilities edges where the Blamps can find light and shelter from winds are more crowded than ever causing pressure on the Blamps unable to live beyond that region. The Megablamp's large size becomes a detriment as other Blamps can move to take the light with more agility. However, the Boom Blamps are hit the hardest as the larger number of other Blamps cause them to detonate more frequently. Both species are beginning to decline.

Yeah!

NOOO!

[X] Some Webweavers enter into a symbiotic relationship with Megablamps and Tent Megablamps. In exchange for being able to leech off the Megablamp, these Webweavers use their web to tether the Megablamp to the ruins so they can escape overcrowding, reeling the Blamps back in during breeding season.

I think it might be possible to save the Mega Blamps since the Boom Blamps will go extinct first, but we'd have to evolve multiple creatures that wouldn't put more pressure on the Mega Blamps.

[X] Some Mega Blamps begin to carry their eggs with them. This allows them to abandon the facilities entirely, moving on the winds.

Someday the Drekin and Slina will adapt to hunt these. For now they shall be distant wanderers.

Kinda want to show the rest of the clades some love, so:

I'd like save the Boom Blamps from going extinct but for now I'm for this.

I'm interested in a means to diversify the weavers...
and I'm open to anything that will put a pressure on Cluster Blamps and render them extinct. We have Chameleon Cluster Blamps, and their extinction means that we could create another branch from them when they pass.
I'm also interested in whatever makes Drekin and the Slina extinct, for the same reason.

For another turn may I put forwards:
[] Some Harpoon Slina develop a new hunting strategy by secreting a sedative from their external tissue layers. It lets them booby-trap hunting perches and webs alike, so that both Drekin, Slina are viable prey. 'Trapped' in a web, they strike when their prey succumbs to the laced webs.

[] Some Splitter Slina begin to draw in prey through suctioned force. By drawing air through one head and expelling it out the other they form a type of cyclone. By splitting one head may direct air away from or towards another to better manipulate their environment

[X] Some boom blamps gain the ability to release the stored energy to propel themselves from place to place.

[X] Some boom blamps develop less sensitive trigger mechanisms, causing them to only explode when badly wounded

We should probably try to get more predators of Blamps to solve the overcrowding issue, but for now, this works. Also Boom Blamps dying, hooray
