You're right, I missed that.
I think we may want to consider getting Thalassa psyker powers rather than Mythos abilities.
Telepathy is very useful when negotiating, for example.
Yeah provided the other side does not have protections and can't sense you. The nice thing about Mythos powers is very few beings can sense them much less counter them.

Fan already re-rolls his 1s, he does not really need it. Agreed on Lorgar, we can work towards getting it.

Also, weren't you guys working towards Lore of Light 5 for Dharok?
That makes him count as an army in large scale Battles. Only the Emperor and the physically specialized Primarches have that. So Light 5 is helpful to Lorgar as well as it helps him mimic some of the innate abilities of their brothers.
As always, Fan being an Infernal is a special case, as only hero units can take him down, due to an abundance of AOE Charms and Shintais.
EDIT: You do not NEED Lore of Light 5, just pointing out the effect and that you were working towards it.

I think that in the long run garbing sorcery an disseminating it is more worthwhile and Dharok needs at least 22 XP for one full five dot lore so he can teach it.

Lorgar will get to Lore of Light eventually, along with the other accessible Lores. He is slowly but steadily checking off the Mythos power list.
There are also the psyker powers. It will simply have to wait until the Men of Stone are restored, and VEE can be unlocked again. Hm, Lorgar might want to add cyberkinesis, photokinesis, clairvoyance, and psychoportation to the psyker powers to master before beginning the process of internalization.
Well, Lorgar will never be as good as Magnus where psychic matters are concerned, but if he meets Magnus with all those psyker powers full mastered and internalized, Magnus would hopefully be impressed.

Sorry to pop this bubble but Lorgar can only be taught Sidereal MA that resonate with him and none of the Yozis do. So Fan is the only one who will benifit from that for the foreseeable future.
Lorgar is powerful as a Primarch, but there are limits and this is one of them.
Eh, maybe we can find a primarch who resonates (if we find any at all). If we get Corax he might be able to wrap his head around something EB-related for instance.
