Also congratulations on the strategy. I originallh planned the titan to truly test you. You originally woulc be forced to use Solar hero style but MHM came up and under my system rules, there was no reason why it would not work, rolls aside.

I considered treating the resist roll under battle group rules, +5 dice over cap, but it would not make sense under the charm rules.

So congratulations on making my epic boss fight into a more trivial encounter because I (and by extension the Shard) did not consider this.

So well done and I am honestly impressed.

Mars without much issue built the entirety of the Great Crusade fleets by itself. Long before mining colonies, and ships where bringing in resources. Unlimited resources is having the means to literally build a 50,000 strong fleet every century. That kill the Tyranind before planet fall, because every planet has a garrison fleet strong enough to destroy the Tyranids in space.

I'm not so sure about that. To be clear I don't doubt you that someone said it in some 40K book, but for the world-building to make the least amount of sense Mars alone cannot be that powerful because it would have crushed the Emperor like a bug. Mars and Tera are called out as near equals at the end of the Unification Wars with Tera being able to eke out a win at ruinous cost and Emperor or no Tera was still mostly radioactive deserts at that point. And this isn't just one statement in canon vs another statement in canon that parity makes IC sense given the concessions the Red Priests got. One of the foundational pillars of the setting is based on post Unification Wars Tera being about in the same ball park as Mars.

Is the Skytitan basically a giant flying manta ray?

About time Settra come kicking ass! Man I love that gloroius bastard, he is a GOAT.

And now we have people from DAOT! even a common joe from that era knows more shit than most of today's Tech Priests!

One thing I hope we see in the quest in future is Necrons so that our characters could compare them to Settra and his undead Egyptian army because in a way Necrons are also an undead race but using technology instead of sorcery.
Hopefully we get introduced to Necrons through Trazyn that guy is a trolling Pokemon collector or maybe Imotek as he is basically Settra without a black hole sized ego.

I for one am glad we did not pay any ruinous costs and for what it's worth it makes sense IC as something the Shard of Winters would overlook. Larquen Quen was not a veteran of the Primordial War, he might have known intellectually that Leviathans do not do well against Solaroids, but he would not have had the experience that yes, there is no monster too large to fall to one of the Chosen of the Sun, does not matter how scary you make it.

And then SETTRA WITH THE STEEL CHAIR prevented the Shard from shitting everything up on us, how amusing.

God but how I hate smug infallible villains, so it was beyond satisfying to see him get absolutely trucked by an angry pharaoh.

Hm, so, the Worldsoul is revived, Colchis has been terraformed into a far more comfortable clime, all the dead of Colchis have been revived, past and present, the necessary technological and logistical infrastructure is all in place, Colchis has not been turned into a planetary shadowland, the Mask of Winters has lost his anchor to this universe, and the Covenant is a thing of the past.

Despite the mistake of falling into the initial trap of killing Kairos, the resolution has certainly paid dividends that more than compensate for that error.

The one fly in the ointment is that the party will need to look elsewhere to restore the Men of Stone, as it can no longer be done on Colchis.

Well, no matter. Restoring the Men of Stone will come in time, despite the inadvertent delay.

Hm, such an epic quest for Lorgar, and it has not even been 2 years since he landed on Colchis. Can any of the other Primarchs now truly say that their formative years were as grandiose and epically challenging as Lorgar's? Nay, none of them can rightly deride Lorgar as weak now. Such a claim is self-evident in how blatantly spurious and fallacious it is. What a story Lorgar will have to share with his Legion when they finally meet him. It would be akin to the classical epics and sagas of eld.

One hopes that Lorgar gained a Light aspect akin to dawn. Dawn can represent rebirth, redemption, renewal, new beginnings, and hope. All those things were certainly achieved by Lorgar's act of resurrection.

Hm, @Yzarc, would it be correct to say that constructing a Ring of Iron for Colchis has become easier than before, to say the least?

It has been almost two years since Lofgar arrived but he is as awakened as a Primarch from the height of the Great Crusade.

Ring of Iron: Cant say till the votes are in.
I wonde if that means Erebus also gor killed only to get resureected again.
Those who swore to chaos got their souls eaten by daemons when they died. So Erebus is very dead as is Kor Phaeron.

Erebus was always an opportunist, in a world without the Covenant there is no reason why he would be inclined to serve Chaos. After what happened here Chaos would look weak in his eyes even assuming something could get past the wards to speak to him. A -5 die penalty is no joke.

Well, with the Covenant's faithful all slaughtered and consumed, and its creed and ideology rendered null and impotent from witnessing Lorgar's miracle, Erebus hopefully will not be a problem in the future, even if he is born in this timeline.

It was a pity that the party could not obtain those Hekatonkhire for resurrection as the start of a project to make non-Exalted sorcery more safe and viable than it is, but there is plenty of time to acquire more... specimens from Tzeentch. There will always be suitable Lords of Change for the taking.

Hm, one hopes that Magnus will be most impressed when Lorgar regales him with the tale of this epic quest. Come to think of it, one wonders what other Primarchs would be impresed and awed by Lorgar's feat here. Guilliman, Corax, Sanguinius, Jaghatai Khan mayhap? It would certainly be an excellent way to break the ice and form friendships and partnerships with them, in particular.

Honestly with this option this world might be considered a holy planet for Mars and Imperials, and pilgrimage might arrive in the future
