To make people actually remember, here's it once for posterity: Minako is nonbinary and uses they/them. This message will be pinned so you people stop getting it wrong and pissing me off. If you get it wrong in the future I'm going to be much less nice, considering you have to scroll past it just to read the quest.

[X] Don't bring it up. Don't mention it. Just ignore it. (1 Difficulty)

Obviously, Takane is either a robot or a genetically-engineered supersoldier, waging secret war against some secret threat. Attempts to pry into it only make us a target for a governmental agency that created Takane. And who knows what kind of methods they use to enforce secrecy.

I think this is a terrible idea but I also think it's what they would do here.

Alternatively;

[:V] Distract from awkwardness with maximum turbogay.

They are Kyoko's kid after all. Kyoplomacy is a thing.

[X] Bring it up during the date.
-[X] As awkwardly as possible:
-[X] "So... what happened on that roof makes no sense to me. How strong you were, that green flash, that kiss thing you mentioned..."
-[X] "I get you're obviously super uncomfortable with whatever that was about, so if you don't have to talk about it just say so and I'll drop it. But if there's anything you can tell me to help me understand, at least a little... please?"

Not particularly good, but keeping secrets in a meguca quest almost never ends well.

Yeah, this is... at least an attempt needs to be made to address it, I think. They can't un-learn it, can't forget it - can't even ignore it, really. Only avoid talking about it, and lack of communication rarely leads good places. Not in this situation for certain, I think. I'm just not certain on the how, yet. Provisionally, I'm going to go with something like this:

[X] Bring it up during the date.
-[X] "So that was... really weird, earlier."
-[X] "I'm guessing it's meant to be some super-secret super... thing, but... could you maybe explain some of it? Maybe? Please?"

[X] Bring it up during the date.
-[X] "So that was... really weird, earlier."
-[X] "I'm guessing it's meant to be some super-secret super... thing, but... could you maybe explain some of it? Maybe? Please?"

Poor communication Kills. If they're going to get involved it would be better for a magical girl who know's whats up to give him the run down rather than Kyubey.
Everything they don't know is a tool Kyubey can use to manipulate them

I mean, not learning about it isn't going to keep Mina from wondering what in the fuck that was. More importantly, if I was a teenager and my girlfriend jumped a few stories in the air without explanation, I might ask what the fuck that was about later. Hell, I would still probably ask that.

+1 Accuracy. This counts as two parts of the same general idea, and it offers a possible out.

-[X] Like... What fucking happened?

+1 Difficulty. There are a few good ways for Takane to deflect. It's not impossible to get a straight answer, but it's not all that likely.

-[X] "So that was... really weird, earlier."
-[X] "I'm guessing it's meant to be some super-secret super... thing, but... could you maybe explain some of it? Maybe? Please?"
Also a +1 Accuracy. Same general idea as NSMS's post, but with more options for Takane to divulge as much information as she wants.

Hey, willful ignorance worked fine for Mami for years.
It also kills her if it ever gets broken, soooo... :V

Also, switching over to Interested Party's vote; it's the same basic idea as mine, but with better wording.

Because ignoring problems has never once backfired on anybody ever in all of history, nope! :V

I kinda want to see how long they can go without finding out their parent's secret.

Nothing happened, everything is perfectly fine. Nothing suspicious, no sir.
