Well, I suppose it's all in the tone and body language, which are missing when you're reading text. In my mind we had an intense stance and a demanding tone, like when a child demands something. My thought was that it feels presumptuous of us to ask, if Mylissa wants us to know something about them, she will tell us.
On reflection, I probably had Michael in mind when I was writing that Plan. Still, it seems pretty popular even if it's for different reasons than I envisioned.

Secret History Influences exist in Bird's quest so they presumably also exist here. Since. You know. Derived mechanics.
Edit: Also we really shouldn't be searching for artifacts directly, cause they are expensive.

Do I understand correctly that we can freely request reagents if the purpose of the ritual is related to the recruitment of Damsel?
For example, do we want to invoke the influence of the Grail to recruit her, and so we can safely ask for a reagent to enhance it?
No, that is for the job. You have free access to the cult's resources to assist with Damsel's expedition no questions asked. After that you'll go back to the vague "so long as it's helpful" method of using resources.
At least in this case, can we use the money allocated by the cult to cover the cost of the ritual without any special questions about the expediency?
Yup, all cult resources are available for that expedition.

I think it's interesting that in this meeting there is only Ava and Delilah present. I wonder if others will show up later.
In the last meeting there was everyone except Christopher, or at least he wasn't mentioned, though I doubt that. Why wouldn't he arrive at the meeting? There must be a reason he wasn't invited, but I can't think of any.
