two things, we just need the "make a wish" vote, and then we vote for what to wish for, and second, that's almost certainly beyond our potential.

And you think telling them that we specifically disobeyed their orders, talked to QB and an MG when it was made fairly clear that we're not supposed to get involved with that stuff, and that we've got some super-secret awesome magical powers that somehow involve our uncle's pendant, will somehow turn out well?

they're abusive controlling monsters, who care nothing about us except as a trophy they can show of when we win, and a punching bag they can take their frustrations out on when we lose. telling them that we've been considering ways to get the kind of power that would put us out of their control, will get us nothing but a torture session we'll never forget, and total loss of any privileges that would let us out of their sight.

if we're lucky, we end up overchanneling during what they'd do to us, and we end up killing them. if we're unlucky, we get nothing but a pile of broken bones, our pendant flushed down the nearest toilet, and a QB in our face asking us to make a wish.

That's nice. It's more likely to happen anyways if we go without their permission, though, unless you think we'll pull it off in a single session?

We're going with the speedy but dangerous route, so yes, I do believe it's likely that we'll pull it off in a single session.

And we're never going to have permission.

also you were just complaining about things not happening last update, and now you're refusing a chance to have interesting things happen. I don't understand this.

both the options are terrible and may lead to us being tortured if taken as is without anything else.

telling them that we've specifically disobeyed them will lead to horrible beatings no matter what, so asking them is right out.

meanwhile, if we can actually pull of an overchannel, which is what we're going out into the forest to try, then we've got what we need to stop them. at the very least, it has a chance of us getting our powers unlocked and avoiding torture. it could be improved by say... asking QB to talk to the school administration, so we can get excused from class without our parents being called, and/or asking QB or Azura if they have a way to deactivate our tracker in a way that won't tip our parents off.

Personally I am doubting that we will unlock our mana potential in the forest, which would mean we disobeyed and got our character beaten for it for nothing.

Or that is how we unlock our mana potential, ripping out our parents spines and beating them with it while screaming that is not how you nurture a child at the top of our lungs or something as our personality gets overwritten for a bit with a mama bear Gaea.

Either way this situation sucks ass.
