Hate to say it, but summoning another Servant is basically gauranteed to blow our cover. Granted, it won't reveal everything, but it will certainly tell most involved parties that Hinako is super weird.
On the other hand, not summoning a Servant when we can and probably should, all things considered, is basically guaranteed to cause a loss of trust when our cover does get blown. Being seen as super weird but genuinely helpful is much preferable in my opinion.
This does have a highly elevated chance of outing us - as super weird if nothing else, if not as a True Ancestor - but I have to imagine that if we get outed because we went out of our way to ensure Chaldea (and thus humanity) has the best chance of survival, it'll be a mitigating circumstance.
Whereas if we eventually get outed in the long term, and it becomes clear we could have done more to help but chose not to...
Outing ourselves in the climate of fear and panic following the bombing of Chaldea is way too risky and could get the entirety of Chaldea to turn against us anyways, as fear makes people be irrational and it is very well possible that they will believe that despite all the good things we did, we have hostile intentions and therefore Chaldea will try to stop us.
[X] [SUMMON] Use the summoning circle. Hinako doesn't have any catalyst on her own but considering her virtuality limitless magical reserve, she will be able the strain of anyone she summoned. This will make Chaldea's crew outnumber the Blackened Servants by one Servant.
[X] [MEDEA] Fully commit her attention to cure Olga Marie's affliction. The undivided attention of one of the most accomplished Magus from the Age of Gods will allow her to survive past the Rayshift back to Chaldea...and perhaps more.
[X] [HINAKO] Clear out the bad blood between her and Shielder. Hinako knows that her action in regards to Olga Marie had soured her relations with the Demi-Servant. After all, the Director had stopped all experimentations on the homunculus and treated her like a human. If nothing else, the Elemental respected the Director for that.
[X] [SUMMON] Refrain from using the summoning circle. As comforting the number advantage might be, revealing the fact that Hinako is able to support two Servants on her own would just draw unwanted attention from just about everyone. Especially if who she summons ended up being an especially troublesome Servant.

I think it would be highly unlikely that the Chaldea Crew deduces that Hinako is a True Ancestor from her being able to support two servants, it would be far more reasonable for them to assume that she is some kind of freak of nature with absurdly high reserves and a specialization in using those reserves to enhance herself.
I mean what would be more likely to them? That some kind of exceptional human was scouted by Chaldeas founder to help save humanity or that a True Ancestor of all things decided to work for an organization whose goal is to safeguard humanities future?

Looks like we have Best Caster. We'll have to keep an eye on her, but if we form any sort of positive emotional connection with her then Medea should be incredibly loyal.
Besides just being a Caster who could figure out a lot of the problems we will face across the Singularities and being a badass, Medea is my second favorite Servant. So we lucked out really.

Marisville even specifically positioned Hinako as such - originally hired as your average technician to help with operating the Rayshift equipment, then discovered to have exceptional enough aptitude as a Master to be placed on the A-team without further ado, though the specifics of what made her exceptional were left out of the books. Being a walking mana battery with the ability to support two Servants independent from Chaldea's systems does seem like the kind of quality that would be warrant consideration for the A-team.
Additionally, Romani is barely in a position to throw stones from his glass house. He of all people should understand why Hinako would have wanted her secrets to remain such. As long as we remain honestly invested in saving humanity, I don't think he will have issues with keeping a secret.

Exactly this, also if you consider all the servants with whom the Chaldea Crew wound up working together in the canon game then would a True Ancestor who wants to save humanity because of like 3 people be anything strange?
The thing I'm honestly worried about right now is the Archer we are potentially summoning, in part because Independent Action means they have more capability for autonomous action, and in part due to a paranoid idea of suddenly Archer Lu Bu that refuses to leave my head since it's first occurred to me as a possibility.
I'm Sold.

...Actually, no, wait. Oh hells, I think we may have been too focused on Hinako and Chaldea with this.
I believe that side of things is manageable in the long run, at worst requiring some effort to mend fences after the secret is out. The people we'll interact most with are actually the ones that have the least bias on the matter - Romani has his own secrets, Da Vinci is, well, Da Vinci, Ritsuka has no previous familiarity to form preconceptions, and Mashu is a good girl.
What we should be worried instead is Goetia stepping up his game. With the way his Clairvoyance is described, it's possible that he is not yet aware of what lies beneath Hinako's human guise due to her not being part of the Human Order. If that is the case, this becomes a much more nuanced balancing game, and keeping the secret at least until we are back at Chaldea becomes a lot more important, possibly vital. Summoning two Servants by itself may tip off the final boss; at the very least, it will give him reason to reassess the threat level Chaldea poses.

[X] [HINAKO] There's no time like the present. Talk to Medea right away and explain to the Caster about her conditions. Nipping this off the bud would be of substantial good to easing the contract between both Master and Servant.

If we go by affinity the official archer servant closest to Hinakos nature would be Ishtar since she is a divine spirit who are basically cousins to True Ancestors.

From the perspective of the Human Order, they would be pretty far apart, though, and in any case, rather than nature, what really matters is compatibility. Hinako and Ishtar... aren't. Their values and views significantly differ, though at the same time they do not clash enough to form a sufficient contrast for a reverse compatibility summoning.
Of canon Archers, the one I find likeliest to be summoned by Hinako purely via compatibility is Tomoe Gozen, with Euryale taking a distant second place. Oda Nobunaga would be an interesting reverse compatibility option - they are similar in being perceived as villains/monsters but their ways of dealing with that perception and general views on humanity and their place relative to [other] humans forms a stark contrast.

Our secret will surface one way or another anyway. If nothing else Lev would be happy to nail our inhuman nature. That's why i think we should work for future and make maximum we can.

When everyone else is asleep? I mean, they could talk about it now via telepathy, but staring at each other for several minutes would be really suspicious.
The doctor sighed a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness. Oh yes, I managed to use SHEBA to fully record your Spirit Origin. I hope that you will continue to assist us in our endeavour."
"Hmph," Caster scoffed. "Remind yourself the payment of my services."
...The Celestial swiftly scrapped the plan of using herself as a catalyst. Even if the others don't notice, the reaction of whoever she summons would have a high chance of outing her.
Secondly, while outcast works, it's not exactly the right narrative connection as to why I tied Hinako with Medea. As for the Servants that Hinako would want to summon, there are only a scant few of them. No guarantee that they'll even fill the seven traditional classes.
And Orleans? Well, I can guarantee that while it heavily involves dragons and a certain Alter, there are several more involved characters. Let's just say that France's defenders does not sit idly while everything is razed to the ground.
Additionally, Romani is barely in a position to throw stones from his glass house. He of all people should understand why Hinako would have wanted her secrets to remain such. As long as we remain honestly invested in saving humanity, I don't think he will have issues with keeping a secret.
Goetia didn't seem to give a fuck even after Chaldea managed to defeat a Beast, nor did he panic when literally every Servant Gudako ever met showed up to help kick his ass. Goetia could have wiped the protag at any Singularity, especially London. A True Ancestor that's been off the juice for thousands of years will not concern him.
Oda Nobunaga would be an interesting reverse compatibility option - they are similar in being perceived as villains/monsters but their ways of dealing with that perception and general views on humanity and their place relative to [other] humans forms a stark contrast.
That'd be pretty funny.
"Come, Master! Laugh with me! Wahahahaha!"
"Uuuuugh! Just shut up already!"

Apologizing to Mash right now probably wouldn't work given how fresh the wound is. Besides, Hinako probably hasn't had a heart-to-heart in ages. Having Medea focus on healing Olga will act as an apology since Hinako is Medea's Master. Doing so will necessitate a new Servant.
I'm definitely not making this decision just to bond with Medea.

Summoning - To make up for Medea not being at her best.
Saving Olga - To make up for relationship damage with Kouhai. Actions speak louder than words. If we talk like an ass but still prioritize Olga's life she'd come around.
Social Medea(heh) - To get Medea's trust because trust is a REALLY big deal with her...and no amount of apology is actually going to have Mashu accept traumatizing Olga this soon.
