I hope that by upgrading infrastructure we will get another action, at this point we're really limited by only having three. I also feel that by developing our infrastructure we will be in a better position to build void shipyards later, by establishing a stronger backbone to build off of.
[ ] [Military] Restoring the Ranks
Considering how many of us were slaughtered last turn, we really need to do this now. Revising our doctrines can wait until we filled all the holes in our ranks and can actually do all the roles a functional military needs to do.
[ ] [Research] Enhance the Wards' Capabilities
- [ ] Denial of the Warp denizens
Again, this is a mandatory action, because of last turn and future threats. Now the chaos gods know about Us in a major way, they're going to be coming for us. After this one I want to do strength and durability very much, but this is mandatory right now.

I feel this plan is very inadequate, but literally we can't do anything more than this. These three actions are so limiting it's driving me nuts making a plan, even one more I feel would really help us strategically.
Honestly, maybe our action system needs to be revised. Maybe doing something similar to a CK2/3 system would be a good idea, where you have x amount of actions per type, ie two actions in stewardship, two in research, etc. I understand where a relatively small faction in the Mechanicum, but the idea that we can't build and do research especially given the several alliances we have formed and the accomplishments we've already made, seem kind of odd to me.
