yeah fair, let me rephrase that to "stand out more comparatively". there's less need for single massive boosts to reputation since multiple small increases cause the effect to trigger more often, which makes it easier to chip away at the score (which is especially useful if individual actions we have to increase reputation don't do it by much). smaller scale reputation boosting activities are likely to be more accessible, and because the perk does the same for both there's more reason to prefer smaller actions (if available actions permit)Size of the action doesn't matter. I just used small numbers to make it easier to understand.
