Bound to Earth: A CK2 Earthbound Quest in an 8-bit Dystopia

Size of the action doesn't matter. I just used small numbers to make it easier to understand.
yeah fair, let me rephrase that to "stand out more comparatively". there's less need for single massive boosts to reputation since multiple small increases cause the effect to trigger more often, which makes it easier to chip away at the score (which is especially useful if individual actions we have to increase reputation don't do it by much). smaller scale reputation boosting activities are likely to be more accessible, and because the perk does the same for both there's more reason to prefer smaller actions (if available actions permit)

[X] Community Minded: You of all people know how someone is viewed effects everything, the others seem to be grasping onto that too. Whenever your faction receives positive Reputation they receive +2 additional rep. Whenever you damage another faction's reputation, or a faction is put into a poor light by your actions, any negative reputation they receive will be increased by +5.

[X] Psychic Gravity: Your faction subconsciously attracts those with PSI abilities, much like a celestial body draws in meteors into its gravity. A small fraction of your faction's starting manpower are very weak non-Hero PSI users. This allows your faction to take certain PSI related actions immediately that would otherwise require time or research. However this might make you more prone to raising suspicion.

I prefer this over Community Minded, not much to say really.

We kind of don't like the overall community at the moment so this wins out of the leading options for me.

We have a locked-in hero recruit with a suspicion mitigator perk, we can afford a bit of wierd.

Honestly though, both of the frontrunner are good.
