Will it prevent her from personally leading her army?
Eh... It depends what we do during the mini turn really. If you want her to stay safe and not go on campaign, you have to get a good dice roll. If you make her stay until she is no longer pregnant, it involves a lesser dice roll.

If she goes, that might have a negative impact on her health and the health of her children.
