Edit: Basically Vasily is living with one lung right now.

Vasily can walk, but with difficulty, and he will be confined to a cane for a very long time, potentially for the rest of his life, due to the severity of the wound.

The injury is permanent. While it can heal and Vasily can get back into some form of fighting shape due to his lifetime of training, he will never reclaim the greatest warrior alive title.


They're just building up infrastructure, getting some trade with the Islamic world for food seeds so they can cultivate more western crops, and get better, more western weapons.

Tchalla's not in the business of conquest. He's in the empire building business. Whether it survives or not depends on how long the good king lives, and if he has a good heir to replace him.

He is bedridden right now, and he cannot until he takes time to rest and heal. So if we start a sequel, he will be incapable.

Edit: As for the Lung. His second lung is very damaged and won't be able to operate properly once it's healed.

So what is the reaction of the rest of the empire to this battle? Is Vasily going to be offered to be head general of the empire again or to teach at the academy? Because I imagine he is probably the most legendary general in the world now and even crippled one of the greatest military minds around is still a very useful asset to the empire.
 
Is the empire going to expand anytime soon? Like this was a major military victory that got to somehow get the euros blood pumping.
 
Ok so I get that he is crippled now, but being a munchink I'm curios how Vasily's stat sheet would look like when he recovers (as much as he could).

In particular I'm curious if he's going to gain any military leader traits to compensate, since his mind is probably sharper than ever.

the empire, once it gets the news, is going to be in disbelief. Everyone but Alexander and a few others will think what they are hearing is nonsense. Mostly because of the numbers involved.

Vasily, once he recovers, will get offered the marshel of the empire position by Alexander. One of its perks is being able to teach at Rome whenever he wants.

No. The colonization east will be left open for more private ventures, men who are going to buy nobility or colonial charters at inflated prices from the empire.
 
Hey guy's I know you may have been expecting me to take a break for awhile, but no! I will not!
