I think we should mix martial and diplomacy to begin. Unify Russia should be or priority. And In this time people often prefer to follow the warriors.

Nce plan, but remember, Ivan The Terrible was like that, but was paranoid and he wasn't able to modernize Russia.

I think we realy should take some caracteristics in diplomacy, conquer and crush our ennemies is not sufficient, we must be able to unify them too.

Because there might come a time in which we can't just war our way to victory. The positive traits balance out the diplomacy loss of the negative traits, while ensuring that we have relatively high martial and intrigue traits to use on any foe that might try to oppose us. It's not as powerful, martial-wise, as some of the other proposed plans, but the combination of our education, patience, and ruthlessness still make for a pretty decent warlord.

Also, I know it's a gamble, but I say go for the genetic trait. If it's good (say strong or genius) it could give us a serious edge, and if it sucks it just makes things more interesting.
