Wait a minute... Why exactly is a fourteen-year-old kid (albeit a genius one) being entrusted with important diplomatic procedures that can change the fate of an entire nation and its people for either good or bad? :V

I mean, he did kinda do it once before, trying to convince his fellows that surrender, despite being "dishonorable" was the best way to keep Germany from going the way of bad things happening.

Plus, lets be honest, it wouldn't be a Marvel/superhero quest if we weren't affecting things.

tbh I read it as him just getting the door open so that the professional diplomats could present their case.

But with comic book logic, I suppose that interpretation's also possible.
 
Turns out when you have godlike powers and you can control it, things can get goofy.

And as long as the professor dosent fuck around and make things worse, at least in this timeline: Jean might be able to be a hero with the Phenoix powers.

Or she can blow up the world.

That's also something we have to deal with.

Well, I hope that we have reached Goku levels of strength at that point...

Besides that, I have a couple of questions...
Is there any reason why Apocalypse wants us specifically for the Horseman of Death?
Since we are in China, the country that created Journey to the West and the Monkey King, are we going to get a clue about our true potential?

Though it depends on what action you choose.

And if you remain in China.

Let's just say journey to the west has some… slightly more accurate portrayal of omega level mutants then meets the eye.

About the Horsemen of Death, and with Marvel having True Religions, and our Jewish ancestry, we may get yoinked from Apoc if we do become that by the Judeo-Christian Pantheon maybe.
