A Beautiful World 3: Broken Promises.
Raven: She just looked at you, and was holding your hand. "Please don't. I don't want to lose you too."
---------------------------------
Washington DC, February 17th 1961, Outside of the German Embassy, 9:15 PM
You were frustrated as the same answer was given to you by your own countrymen. The same run around that every single intelligence committee was giving you, despite a lot of… clandestine funding is going around. It reminded you of the helplessness that you felt in the early days that were broken when the denazification was threatened to end when the West wanted to have a German puppet state, rearmed to serve as their buffer state for the next war.
Even when you did not understand some of the things being said when you were a child. YEt one of the few things you believed, that you held hope for Germany, was the
Grundgesetz, the Basic law for all of Germany, and that the first article proclaimed "Human dignity is inviolable"
Good my child, listen to the words I am speaking. Soon you will find the answers you will seek, and the men who harmed you will be destroyed.
Unfortunately, even now, in a land far from home, you were forced to allow yourself to feel frustrated. Simple statements were impossible to hold true.
Politics were the scourge of your existence.
Raven was waiting, knowing how you would feel.
Do not listen to this child, you know she will not be important to you, not now at least.
She was her public persona look, with some minor, but very important differences, blonde hair, fair skin, green eyes, with a fedora, trench coat, and pants. Vaguely feminine, but also having the androgynous look that could easily mistake her for a man. In essence, the perfect disguise for when she was out and about, trying to hide from the public eye.
Don't listen to him, kid!
"Hey, are you alright Heinrich?" She asked as you felt her hand on your shoulder as you continued walking past her, feeling angrier and angrier.
Kid!
You did not respond, even though you wanted to. Right now was not the best time for you. She knew that too, but instead of being responsible, and leaving you be, she was instead, following you back to your hotel room.
Quiet the whispers child and hear my voice. I can help you defeat the evil that crushes this world.
Your silence worried her, even as you moved faster, to lose her in the crowd of people. But you could sense that she was keeping up. "Heinrich!" She protested.
You found yourself in the national mall, overlooking the lincoln memorial. She was still close by. You took a moment to just breathe. Then Raven held your hand. "They are going to hurt you, Raven, I have to stop them."
All you need to do, is listen to me.
That earned a squeeze. "No, you don't." She said. "You can go home. We can go home, we can-"
All you need to do is make the choice, to trust me.
"Do you understand what they did! They attacked you! They attacked us!" You shouted. "They were after Charles and I-"
You wanted to say no, but something about his offer was seductive.
"What, you think I can't handle myself! I worked for SHIELD goddammit!" Your frustrations were mounting. "I can handle myself better than you!"
I can give you the justice that you have sought for so long.
You didn't want to lose anyone else. "I can't lose anyone else!" You shouted. "I am sick of everyone I know, Everyone I love dies, or betrays me, because of the evil in the world I can't stop!"
For your people, and for all that was lost.
"There is always going to be evil, but that won't matter if you think that fighting evil with evil will stop it!" Raven protested. "You have already saved lives with medicine, and have helped the world become healthier and wiser. Isn't that enough!"
Heinrich Stop, don't listen to-
"No!" You shouted. "Because every time I save a life, someone else worse kills someone else, all the good that I do, is destroyed by the Evil of this world!"
That is better. Child, make your choice.
"We cannot stop evil with violence." Raven started. She wanted to say more, but instead you…
Say Yes... It is the only thing you can do.
The influence of Others:
D100 => 97 #Apocolypses Influence
Due to Apocalypse's weakened psychic powers, your mental defenses negated his bonuses.
D100 => 7 #Sun's Influence
You found yourself overcome with anger. "Leave me alone Raven. If you know what's good for you."
Raven froze, completely shocked at the words you just struck to her, a fear that was unnatural to her normally fearless self.
She was afraid of you.
You then began to walk away.
And everything went dark.
"
Finally Child, we may finally speak. You can call me Gabriel.
What shall I call you?"
What do you call yourself?:

Reward: You are now under the Sway of Apocolypse. Due to Sun's influence failure, you will remain that way for the foreseeable future, until you are rescued by your comrades.
Due to your High spirit skill, He cannot force you to commit murder or help facilitate genocide.
You will unconsciously try to break free every turn, if you are not rescued.

Where do you go:
[]Las Vegas: It was a haze of drugs and booze, but you somehow found your way into the Sin City itself. And you were waiting to enter an exclusive club. The Hellfire Club.
[]Argentina: The Bar was serving german beer. You then smiled and spoke in German to the two men who were sitting, and laughing at the joke you told them. "Amazing how far one's crimes follow him." You saw the knife. Blood and Honor.
[]New York: Howard Stark was not happy to see you in his building. "What the hell are you doing here Heinrich Oster?"
[]Havana: You looked at Castro, and followed the script that your Angel gave you. "I believe we will have a brilliant partnership."
AN: Magoose Dice.
