Well this world is far different then ours, what with a reunified, Disarmed, Neutral Germany this time around trying to clean up the Nazi shit in it's basement.
BTW, Germany is doing really well for itself, with the Marshall Plan helping out.
The French however, are about to ally with the Soviets because the US allowed German reunification, which the French did not want. At all.
