There's a lot of characters, and many of them have a lot of names. Partially so I can remember them better, and partially so there's a reference when people ask again in the future, here's my take on a cast list.
Edited for Chapter 10.
Ananke
Primordial Fate, of Compulsion, Necessity, Inevitably, and Circumstance. A Protogenoi a.k.a. a primordial god, and thus a huge deal. It is likewise a huge deal that Percy is her son. Titles include: First of Chaos. Mother of the Moirae, of Darkness, of the Celestial Sky. The Great Serpent, Eater of the Bloody Tongues, The Ruiner, The Beautiful One, The Thousand Mirrors. Her claiming symbol is a blood red spindle of golden thread. Eyes like an Aurora Borealis. Is very proud of Percy, claims he takes after his grandfather, Chaos (who's probably also Azathoth.)
The Black Pharaoh
-What she's called in Egypt. Also a name for Nyarlathotep, the Crawling Chaos and outer god of Lovecraft Mythos.
Nemesis
Percy's niece, daughter of Nyx and Erebus. Goddess of Vengeance, Balance and Retribution. Has eyes that are described as infinite gullets of gnashing teeth, reflected endlessly, and "really cool" according to Percy. Finds Percy curious, and claims that she holds Artemis in great respect, because she is very committed to getting what she deserves. Made Ethan to fulfill a role (presumably his canon one) to bring Olympus to balance, and wants to avoid Nyx being the arbiter of Greek karma, which is a good thing. Tried to kill Artemis. Can talk in fancy text, what looks to be Zalgo Text with the Craziness level turned very low. Has some control over night, from her mother.
Adrasteia
Daughter of Ananke, Percy's half-sister. Giver of Reward and Punishment, the Inescapable, who can see your very soul, allowing you to manipulate it, if need be, including gods. Torture, don't do it lightly.
Nyx
Primordial Night. Finds Percy amusing, wants Percy to call her Aunt Nyx. A terrifying visage, even to Percy. Implies the reason she and the other Primordial Gods didn't help the Titans is that they had their own enemies.
Hypnos
Son of Nyx, the night, and Erebus, the darkness. Personification of sleep. Knows a lot of stuff, sends Percy cool visions.

Hypnos
Son of Nyx, the night, and Erebus, the darkness. Personification of sleep. Knows a lot of stuff, sends Percy cool visions.
Kronos
Son of Ouranos, the Sky, and Gaea, the Earth. Titan of Time and the Harvest, amongst others, King of the Titans for his role in overthrowing his father. Probably plotting to overthrow the gods again, as he did in canon. Called "an ass" by Percy. Has access to the Dream World. Still in a thousand pieces, no longer in the pit. Saw Ananke once before the Gate closed, and found her attractive. Worked with Wodanaz in the past. Was once a slave of the Elder Gods, and was granted divinity by being allowed to eat a star-spawn, in an incident called The Feast, where some number of others favored by the Elder Gods were likewise allowed to ascend. Feels that the Primordials could have ended their war against the star-spawn at any time, and left them to suffer. Ruled over Elysium when Athena was King.
Zagreus
-Traditionally an Orphic Deity, a son of Persephone with Zeus or sometimes Hades. Percy's mother told bedtime stories about him, and he was once one of Percy's favorites.
Atlas
He who holds the sky, son of the Titan Iapetus and an Oceanid, generally either Asia or Clymene. Helped Zeus overthrow Athena and then was promptly backstabbed by Zeus.
Mnemosyne
Titan of Memory, daughter of Ouranos the sky and Gaea the Earth. Has a library on Mount Othrys, which is currently in Mount Tamalpais, on the outskirts of San Francisco.
Hyperion
Son of Ouranos, the Sky, and Gaea, the Earth. The lord of light, titan of the passing of time by light in the sky. Once had names of the Sun, Moon, and Dawn, but now Artemis and Apollo have them.
Prometheus
Son of the titan Iapetus, the titan of forethought and crafty counsel. Apollo has forgotten, though Chiron, Dionysus, and Percy know that the traditional story of him bringing fire to man is wrong.
Metis
Daughter of Oceanus and Tethys, held Good Council, Planning, Cunning, and Wisdom. Mother of Athena, helped the Gods beat the titans.

Metis
Daughter of Oceanus and Tethys, held Good Council, Planning, Cunning, and Wisdom. Mother of Athena, helped the Gods beat the titans.
Hestia
Daughter of the titans Kronos and Rhea, eldest of the six. Goddess of the hearth, amongst other things, and also an eternal maiden. Percy's favorite of the Olympians. Wasn't allowed to keep most names. Once the Athena cabin, and the rest of camp, figured out how bad it would be if the hearth flames were entirely abandoned, they tried to aggressively befriend her, including Clarisse and the rest of Ares cabin.
Prytaneia
-Of the Hearth
Potheinotáti
-the Beloved
Basileia (Queen)
-Former title. Lost it when Dionysus ascended. Originally meant a high-ranking official.
Hades
Son of the titans Kronos and Rhea, the eldest son. Lord of the Dead, is being accused of stealing the Master Bolt in a serious matter, though Percy doesn't buy it. Athena in particular and the gods in general believe that since he has mortal worshippers, though dead, he can get new godly names, which is a big deal, though they can't tell for sure. Olympus voted to force him to go before Adrasteia, which is basically torture.
Persephone
Daughter of Zeus and Demeter, wife of Hades. Associated with springtime, but also the dead. A Really Big Deal.
Despoina
-The Mistress. Goddess of Mystery. Sometimes a separate goddess.
Demeter
Daughter of the titans Kronos and Rhea. Goddess of harvest and agriculture, mother of Persephone, almost killed the world one time when she refused to let anything grow because Zeus wouldn't listen to her. Is the only member of the "eldest gods" (Olympian Version) that has kids, so theoretically someone like Katie Gardner could have been the Half-Blood of the great prophecy (apparently, only Athena noticed this).
Poseidon
Son of the titans Kronos and Rhea. God of the sea and horses, husband to Ampherite. Supported Athena as king, didn't forgive her for giving the title up.
Hera
Daughter of the titans Kronos and Rhea, wife of Zeus. Goddess of Marriage and Familial Love. Supports her husband more than she probably should. In her role as Queen of Olympus, she's the patron of Camp Half-Blood, and is allowing it to become broken.
Zeus
Son of the titans Kronos and Rhea, youngest of the six. King of the Greek Gods and God of the Sky and Thunder, Percy has a very low opinion of him, referring to him as a "fucking idiot" and a "fucking maggot," and that he couldn't make a plan that relied on Zeus not being a "fucking moron." Currently setting up Percy to fail, and pinning the consequences on Ananke, which is very bold of him.
Agoraeus
-Protector of the assembly (agora), here in particular, the assembly of the Dodekatheon/Olympians.
Astrapios
-Lightning-bringer. In his context as a sky/weather god.
Apollo
Son of Zeus and the Titan Leto, twin brother to Artemis. God of the Sun, amongst other things. Plays D&D with Percy as a bard.
Fred
-Not really a name, what he calls himself when he's pretending to be a mortal.
Prophet
-Understands visions better
Archer
-Likes being outside
Twin
-Noted of being a bit more of an idiot
Locust
-Can get mean
Artemis
Daughter of Zeus and the Titan Leto, twin sister to Apollo. Goddess of The Hunt, amongst other things, the eternal maiden. On a quest with Percy and Luke as of Chapter 1, the story hasn't caught up yet. Percy says her sense of humor resembles her twin's, which isn't entirely a compliment. Finds Luke tolerable. When she tried to attack Percy, she was turned into a rabbit, and even when they reconciled, it was suggested that Apollo would need to go to the Grove of Dodona, another oracle, and make a sacrifice to Ananke to restore her.
Athena
Daughter of Zeus and the titan Metis, through esoteric means, also a virgin goddess, though may have demigods through "meetings of the mind." Goddess of Crafts, Tactics, and Wisdom, though much less powerful in her Roman form of Minerva. Was once the Wanax (king) of the gods, and had a bunch of names relating to that, now is firmly not. This, not (or at least not only) the naming of Athens bit, caused her feud with Poseidon, who thought she should have stayed ruler. Used to have more names relating to rulership and good governance, lost them. Connected to snakes and owls. Don't call her Wanax. Percy's second-least favorite Olympian, though still would prefer her as King to Zeus. Has implied that she somehow lied to Adrasteia somehow, which shouldn't be possible. When she was King, she gave Kronos parole to rule over Elysium.
Promachus
-Who Fights on the Front Line. Her main battle name
Areia
-The Judge. Got the title, at least traditionally, from the trial of Orestes, which established the Athenian legal system.
Polias
-The Protector
Hygieia
-Physician, or personified health
Glaukopis
-Observer, or possibly something like "Owl Eyed" or "Bright Eyed". Most commonly used in Homer's works.
(Areia, Polias, Hygieia and Glaukopis together are noted to be a good combo for risk assessment)
Apatouria
-The Deceiver. Traditionally thought to have been from when she convinced Aethra to have Theseus in a dream, but actually from the time she convinced most people she was never the ruler of the gods.
Olympios
-The Olympian, former name. No longer had the title once Zeus became king once again.
Ageleia
-Her last kingly name, Leader of the People. When she's pretending it's not a kingly name, she pretends it's a war name, Protectress of the People.
Aphrodite
The Motherless Daughter of Ouranos, the sky, after his testes were cast into the ocean, and also Zeus and the titan Dione. Goddess of love, a big deal. She is whole, which is a big deal, though the specifics are not gone into what this means, possibly relating to her two most common names, Ourania, the heavenly Aphrodite, and Pandemos, the People's Aphrodite. The fact that she was on Team Zeus was the only reason there was even a fight, which Percy deflected with the fact that Sparta liked her for some reason. Possibly relating to her third most common name, Areia or Warlike, and/or her links with Astarte, the Phonecian goddess she is mythohistorically linked with.
Dionysus
Son of Zeus and the mortal Semele, god of wine and madness. Camp director as "Mr. D" as a punishment for pursuing a nymph he wasn't supposed to. Some interesting stuff about how he became a major god, including rescuing people from the underworld and being worshipped as a mortal.
Phanes, Erikepaios, Eros, Protogonus.
-The Star-Spawn eaten in The Feast? The names typically refer to a bunch of primordial divinities in Greek myth. "A serpentine creature with many limbs and two heads and it had been born from the blue star that used to be the Earth's sun." A whole lot we don't know here.
Hermes
Son of Zeus and Maia of the Pleiades. God of Travellers, Thieves, and Messengers, amongst other things. Father of Luke. Has an assistant named Milos.
Hephaestus
Typically rendered as the son of Zeus and Hera, the god of the forge. Instrumental in crafting the chains that let Team Zeus take the throne back from Team Athena, in exchange for motherly affection. Technically not a young god (which explains why he could be ugly, as young gods are shape-shifters) like the rest of the Dodekatheon, and is technically the son of Phanes the Light-Bringer (see Dionysus). Hypothetically could have demigod sons of Magnetism, Gravity, and Fire due to their connection to Phanes, but it would be too risky.

Hypothetically could have demigod sons of Magnetism, Gravity, and Fire due to their connection to Phanes, but it would be too risky.
The Mórrigan
A.K.A. Mórrigan Stele, the one who raised Percy. The Phantom Queen of Irish mythology, of War and Fate. Connected to Primordial Fate, enough that Percy calls them both the same thing, Mom. He's Greek and She's Irish, which makes the Greek Gods pissy. Eyes like black diamonds, with a thousand bloody deaths. Does random shit when she gets bored and is occasionally paid for it, like translating old Irish texts or convincing people to become cannibal meals.
Iris
Goddess of the rainbow, daughter of Thaumas and Electra, both of the Sea. As canon, provides a messenger service for demigods (and others), a drachma into a rainbow plus an invocation allows face-to-face communication without cell phones, which attract monsters, but it can be blocked.
Morpheus
Hypnos's son. God of sleep and dreams. Prevents mortals from accidentally falling into the Dreamlands, which is a good thing, as it's heavily implied to be the Lovecraft Dreamlands, or something like it. Is Roman (despite having a Greek name), which does create a divide with Percy and Hypnos because they are Greek.
Pallas
Sea nymph, daughter of Triton. Athena's friend in her early life, but she accidentally killed her when Zeus distracted her, and so she took Pallas as her most common addition to her name.
The Fates
The three who weave the fates of heroes and gods alike, Clotho, Lachesis and Atropos. Sometimes said to be the children of Zeus and Themis, titan of divine law, but here are rendered as children of Ananke. Notionally half-siblings of Percy, but tried to kill him in the womb and as a baby.
Wodanaz
Now goes by Odin. Worked with Zagreus in the past.
Hekate
Three-faced goddess (or titan) of magic, and through it a lot more. Typically given as the daughter of the titans Perses and Asteria, a chthonic (underworld) goddess sometimes associated with Ereshkigal. Viewed as a minor goddess by the current set of gods, for some reason. Could have been King of Olympus, and was/is third in line.
The Three Formed and Queen of Those Below
-Three Formed is sometimes rendered as Trimorphe.
Boreas
The North Wind. Takes his job seriously, hears a lot of things. Olympus is partially within his domain (The North East).
Eurus
The East Wind. Olympus is partially within his domain (The North East).
Argus Panoptes
-A many-eyed giant, the watchful. Associated with Peacocks, was once killed by Hermes. Works at Camp Half-Blood as a driver. Like Percy, gets Dreams from the Earth Mother occasionally. Full sibling of Hephaestus, son of Hera and Phanes (see Dionysus).
Ra
Egyptian God of the Sun, generally a king or a big deal. Obelisks are symbolic His Sunlight.
A.K.A. Mórrigan Stele, the one who raised Percy. The Phantom Queen of Irish mythology, of War and Fate. Connected to Primordial Fate, enough that Percy calls them both the same thing, Mom. Ra
Egyptian God of the Sun, generally a king or a big deal. Obelisks are symbolic His Sunlight.
Perseus "Percy" D. Stele
Son of Primordial Fate and a mortal, Dorian Stele, who is a lawyer, raised by The Mórrigan. Knows a lot more than he probably should, can speak more languages than he probably should as well. Basically immune to the mist. His mother protects him a lot. Currently the Oracle of Chthon("Underworld" roughly), after eating the previous Oracle, and does prophecies by Mythomagic cards, when they aren't being given out in a language he doesn't understand. Sword called Damocles made out of bone and a very nice jacket, plus a fancy bag that can be where he needs it to be. Plays D&D as a paladin. Mortal, technically, though with fancy eyes, an altered spine, and extra organs and ribs. Has a crush on Artemis. His dreamland powers impress Kronos, who's seen his mother in action. Went to the moon with Sam once. Can feel (at least Hestia's) divine energy. Has undergone 15 interesting training with his mother since he was 7. Occasionally gets dreams from the Earth Mother. Thinks only 3 or 4 of the Dodekatheon deserve to have thrones. Big fan of sci-fi. Apparently takes after Chaos (probably Azathoth), his grandfather. When he panics, his thoughts go to Zalgo sometimes.
Clovis
Son of Hypnos, sleeps through Sundays visiting his father. Calls Percy his cousin and vice versa. Also has altered biology, such as a longer spine, extra ribs, a second heart, the ability to sleep with half his brain, and two sets of teeth, which Percy had but no longer has. Non-reflective eyes.
Ethan Nakamura
Son of Nemesis. Non-reflective but shiny eyes. Percy calls him first cousin once removed. Has some of the non-human traits that Clovis and Percy have, but much less pronounced.
Bianca and Nico di Angelo
Children of Hades. Were alive when the prophecy was given and under 16, so Zeus killed them. Possibly. That was the story in Canon too, so they might just be at the Lotus Casino.
Thalia Grace
Daughter of Zeus, currently a pine tree. Zeus turned her into a tree to save her, but unlike canon, it was Hestia that made the tree make a forcefield to protect the camp, through her sacrifice (though that's a secret). Has a brother, Jason Grace, who's the son of Jupiter, serving at the Roman camp in California
Luke Castellan
Son of Hermes and May Castellan, a prophet who went mad while trying to become the Oracle of Delphi, and ran against Hades' curse. Luke still holds a grudge against Hermes for this. Definitely did not steal the Master Bolt and doesn't work for Kronos. Has flying shoes and a talent for swords, naming his personal sword ανασώζω, meaning Reclaim. Was previously on a quest that failed, he made it out with a scar, the other two didn't make it out at all. The camp counselor for Cabin 11, which means he's also the counselor for the unclaimed and those without a cabin, and also Percy. Has some bad experiences with the Huntresses of Artemis, when they tried to convince Thalia to join.
Annabeth Chase
Daughter of Athena and the mortal Frederick Chase, a Military History professor. Friends with Luke, is the councillor for Athena Cabin despite being really young. Enthusiastic about learning more, a major character in Canon, though hasn't been as much here. Has a cousin who's a Norse demigod in Canon, but whether she does here or not hasn't been brought up yet. Definitely not stalking Percy, wants to know more about the true history a lot.
Malcolm Pace
Son of Athena.
Masayuki
Son of Athena. Black hair.
Melanie
Councelor of Aphrodite Cabin
Silena Beauregard
Daughter of Aphrodite. Likes pegasi, great at archery. Likes fixing Percy's hair.
Drew Tanaka
An Aphrodite 'defect.' The cover story is that she inherited more from the Sea than usual, has a divine gift of a pearl bracelet. Percy speculates it's a Mist cloak., something interesting going on involving multiple forms, inherited more from the sea than normal children of Aphrodite, has charmspeak. Called Percy a weirdo.
Maximilian
Son of Aphrodite. Sense of fairness, flips a drachma when he can't decide things.
Jacqueline
Daughter of Aphrodite. Her mood changes based on what feathers are in her hair, has feathers of endangered birds.
Lace/Lacy
Child of Aphrodite. Genderfluid, with scarily good healing powers, especially for a seven-year-old.
Renico
Claimed as son of Aphrodite, but Percy thinks he's actually son of a Hindu love deity. He has a perfect internal clock and rises with the sun.
Michael Yew
Son of Apollo. Does music and archery.
Lee Fletcher
Son of Apollo, very freeform with his DMing.
Castor and Pollux
Children of Dionysus, twins. Like making it hard to tell them apart. Friendly. Play D&D as a Druid and a Cleric.
Katie Gardner
Daughter of Demeter, counselor. Runs a monk who is a god in disguise.
Charles Beckendorf
Son of Hephaestus. Shy, but coming out of his shell.
Angelina
Daughter of Hephaestus
Everett
Son of Hephaestus
Clarisse La Rue
Daughter of Ares, likes hazing new kids. Threatened to put Hestia's foot up her ass, in an encouraging way.
Ryan
Son of Ares. Admired Percy's sword.
Alabaster and Liza
Hecate's children. Get a polecat from their mother.
Lou Ellen and Moni
Also probably Hecate's children, though they get a puppy.
Butch
Child of Iris, can IM for free.

Son of Hephaestus. Shy, but coming out of his shell.
Angelina
Daughter of Hephaestus
Everett
Son of Hephaestus
Clarisse La Rue
Daughter of Ares, likes hazing new kids. Threatened to put Hestia's foot up her ass, in an encouraging way.

Son of Ares. Admired Percy's sword.
Alabaster and Liza
Hecate's children. Get a polecat from their mother.
Lou Ellen and Moni

Child of Iris, can IM for free.
Chiron
AKA Charles Brunner, the latin teacher. The Teacher of Heroes. A centaur, son of Kronos the Titan, and Philyra of the ocean. A complicated relationship with immortality, previously gave it up, but was granted a kind of immortality to continue teaching. Works at Camp Half-Blood.
Grover Underwood
Satyr, responsible for finding half bloods and bringing them back to camp. Was the one who found Luke, Annabeth, and Thalia (daughter of Zeus) and tried to bring them back to camp, though Thalia didn't make it. Accidentally got Percy into some messes. Worked at a Dairy Queen.
Cliff(ord) Randall
Cynocephali aka Dog-headed. Golden Lab from the shoulders up, a good kid. Technically 3 but as mature as a 15-year-old. Percy's friend. Involved with the Egyptian scene, a magician.
Sam
A Dreamlands cat, can talk and is pretty powerful there. When Percy (age 2) pulled his tail, it got a crook. Sam thus calls Percy "'Lil Fucker" and "His Royal Tail Puller."A Master Sorcerer, once of Ulthar, a Dreamlands city with a lot of cats, though since has been banished over an incident involving Percy trying to see Ananke. Went to the moon with Percy once.
Potato
A dog with access to the dreamworld, and the mayor of a town. Tried to make a mining enterprise in the Mountains of Madness, where they woke something up. Has scars and now is in charge of nothing.
Alecto
Alice in her human guise. One of the furies.

Dorian Stele
Percy's mortal father, a lawyer. The group's DM. Greek-American. Lost his mind for a few years.
The Oracle of Delphi
Apollo's prophet, got cursed by Hades to not be able to change bodies, so is a mummy dispensing prophecies. Percy accidentally ate her, and got a fragmented collection of prophecies, the canon ones.
Zoë Nightshade
Daughter of the titan Atlas and Pleione of the ocean, once a Hesperide until she was kicked out for helping Heracles, now the Lieutenant of the Huntresses of Artemis, her band of maiden hunters. Devoted.
Kallisto
Sometimes Callisto, a nymph or the daughter of King Lycaon (of werewolf fame) and (former?) huntress of Artemis. Zeus raped her while disguised as Artemis.
Houy
An Egyptian magician, Cliff's supervisor. Sounds educated but having a stick up his butt. Something about flooded toilets. Scared out of his mind about the Black Pharaoh.
