Seriously, though, that had occurred to me before going to bed. If I were to bullshit a solution, I'd say that a lot of the railgun's design went into making it work as a portable, accurate weapon. This would be Taylor recreating the base firing system and using her mobile drones for targeting.
Eh. Combined with rebuilding the power armor as well as the noted preference to strain SoPA with excessive peacekeeping use, even with IEU I don't think that will work out.

Investigation (Micromanagement) in order to do crime fighting with drones and animals.

None of the EOA actions specify a number of drones, and Gromweld is pretty good about interpreting a stunt to make sense (so no "oh, you said drones? I guess you just emptied your peripheral pool for this scene.")
Is that the new Tally software, or did you do that manually?
There is a reason I marked my Free Action specifically as Philly Reconstruction.

The negatives for drone relay use would have mattered only if Taylor had used all 8 drones and emptied her peripheral pool entirely, rather than say using 4 to patrol as standard and variably more (or less?) depending on circumstances. Using 4 drones for reconstruction for example would likely have boosted it to medium. Not that it matters since drone usage lost.
Lets hope using Hidden Assembly Conclave will have equivalent effect.
