So with plan cogboy in the lead we basically exhausted all of our lord perfect favours, great.

Setting aside how there's a decent chance that we will obtain some favour from reclaiming the lost archives if we are successful, we'll unlock a repeatable action that grants us 5 Favour per use once our trainees arrive.

I know that if we do wetwork, we get two favours, but does that mean we can ask for two things or that we get what we would have from spending two of the Lord Preceptor's favors?

Future turns will find yourself with less pre-cooker Psyker training options. Instead, I will allow people to try and work from what you already know, and think of possible techniques you wish to try to develop.

I think this fits the way Psi-craft is both a science, but also blatantly just magic.
