Not only a wolf... A wolf of the size of a pony that is the spitting image of the creature that our ancestress raised and tamed...

Now I want to get the Animagus spell... If our patrons is any clue of the creature in which we will become, we will get a useful war form if we ever cant access magic...

Plus an advantage of the Wolf/Canine animagus form is that we can pass as a large wolfdog, which allows us to move through cities in disguise.

We were on the Verge of Greatness! We were this close! a literal 1 point prevented us from finally activating the bonus roll. That sucks 😩

Yeah, it is a shame but I think that we can try to catch up that glimpse again with these actions

[ ] In the end, I am the only one who I can judge – You do not think that his actions were justified. Even if you would not be alive without him and his wife, the cost was too large. The logical conclusion is easy, but you do feel conflicted. You remember how well they have always treated and cared for you. Who are you to judge their actions, when you have not walked their shoes?

[ X] If nothing else, then I am grateful – Their action might have been heinous, but you would not be alive without it. You would not have learned of the wonders of the world, would not have had the possibility to discover them. You are glad that they did what they did.

Tough choice, I really like the idea of not judging anyone else but ourselves. But I like the bottom one just a bit more overall.

I can't wait to rub Lupin's nose in our success and see his reaction to the form our Patronus takes.

As for the vote; I'm currently leaning towards the middle option.

The man did a lot of terrible things, but ultimately, he is also the reason we are alive.
So I don't think we should absolve him from his crimes, but we also shouldn't judge him that harshly. Or at all, which is why I'm for the middle option.

The fact that Jacob is getting a bit more blue and orange in his mentality is actually a fun read. The boy would prefer to explore the world rather than seek power and the adventures he had will be in his mind forever. So I don't think we should be angry at Nicholas and Perennelle the middle and last options would be something I would vote.

My choice is the second or third option. I don't like the first one very much and my favorite is the third.

I like Nicolas, he always treated Jacob well, he seems to be a little more moral than his wife was, he is teaching us an amazing subject and he doesn't have many years to spare. I prefer that the two of them spend this period creating more good memories.

The vote on Nicolas just show that we are starting to walk on a bad path. It would hurt, but I think we should vote for the first option. It is better for Jacob.

We're Terrifying. Jacob also needs to chill because this first section feels like a fever dream.

You're going to get yourself killed," Megan said, a tone of unrest in her voice as she looked at you
Also, can we get a head nod to poor Megan. The girl is trying, but there's only so much that can be done with Jacob's manic energy and empathy score.

Jacob could be an absolutely terrifying Dark Lord... It is a good thing that Jacob doesn´t give a damm about getting the things that are the most common objectives to most Dark Lords, like power, authority or immortality.
Awww no frog Patronus, would have been great if it had been a enormous frog Patronus instead! c:
Sorry, I don´t get the joke.

I'm more inclined this way. We're rather 'pure' about the pursuit of power; this is our chance to make sure we don't become Competent!Voldemort, or worse, by inserting a small amount of care for general well-being in addition to just obligation-based attachment.

I don't really think that Jacob could ever become a new Voldemort, simply because Jacob is away to different from him... Jacob doesn´t fear death, he could not care less about seeking power for power´s sake, and he doesn´t really want to change the world just learn and observe it, and besides, Jacob may be a little off, but he can feel genuine love and, in general, Jacob tends to help their fellows, even when we don´t know them (Hell we risked our soul to save a complete stranger)...

Having said that, Jacob is in no way safe from becoming a terrifying Dark Lord on his own right... Jacob is a being of pure curiosity whose thirst for knowledge makes him go to extreme lengths to quench, and that is a quality that can be twisted with pretty awful results... The closest "Dark Lord" figure in which Jacob could become, would not be Voldemort, Grindelwald or Sauron (who are looking for power and to rule over the world) but Bondrewd from Made in Abyss.

Its the roll above that. Jacob rolled a 65 on a 66DC. If that roll succeeded then the 112 Roll that came after would have been able to crush the 90DC of the Hidden Roll.
Ahh I see the confusion. Jacob did not roll that 65 on a 66 though. He rolled the 65 on a 131 resulting in the new difficulty of 66.
