Ahsoka Tano
Barriss: "Great, the guy who spoiled my plan, got me thrown in a cell for months, and threw my already shattered world view for a fresh loop. Now we just need Master Unduli or Ahsoka added to this list to really dig the knife in."

Well guess that settles it then. :sour:

May be off to a bit of a slow start, since I'm pretty busy atm. But thought I'd get an app in now while I can, and things should hopefully clear up in a few weeks.

Lore wise without Maul, guessing Manadalore may not of been taken over by Deathwatch, so Ahsoka is still wandering. Unless Deathwatch still killed Satine and she still went to Mandalore at Bo's request for some reason. Probably a few other things like Mortis that didn't happen/occurred differently as well I'm guessing?

Character-Sheet
Name:
Ahsoka Tano
Rank: Jedi Padawan (former), Jedi Knight (offered but refused), Citizen
Faction: Jedi Order (formally)
Age: 17
Race: Togruta
Canon: Yes
Weapons/starships: The Force is my ally.
Homeworld: Shili
Bio: The former padawan of Anakin Skywalker. Ahsoka was framed for the crimes of her once friend Barriss Offee. Cast out of the Jedi Order and put on trial by the Republics Military Tribunal, she was to be found guilty and eventually sentenced to death. It was only with the intervention of her Master in exposing the true culprit that saw her innocence proven and her life saved.

The Council would apologise for their actions, and offer her the rank of Knight for her 'trials'. But, Ahsoka's faith in the Jedi had been broken following this betrayal and so she refused, setting out into the Galaxy to find her own way.

Force Powers: Having trained under Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka is highly skilled for a padawan, having fought such feared opponents like Asajj Ventress several times during the War. She was a practitioner of Shii-Cho and Jar'kai, though also was skilled in Ataru, Form V and Niman. She surrendered her lightsabers when she left the Jedi Order however, but remains a skilled unarmed combatant. She has a rather strong force sense, and has developed other powers such as the Mind Trick. Being able to create duplicates of herself and mirroring her own movements, in order to draw blaster fire.

The original version of this game dates from 2013. So, yeah, the Ashoka player from back then had her still wandering.

That said? It's also fine to play with the backstory. Maybe instead of Maul, generic Dark Acolytes help Death Watch. Maybe there's some other reason she rejoined Rex.

There's room to play around there :V

(Again, it *is* possible to make both versions of Mandalore work with…some level of tweaking.

Easiest, of course, being that Satine's faction was never the biggest or 'be all, end all' with only crazy terrorists as a counterpoint.)

Suppose that could work. Though if the New Mando's were never the biggest faction. Could also be Vizla that killed Satine perhaps, and Bo could of then had a crisis of conscience seeing her sister murdered in front of her then left?

In which case Ahsoka was recruited by Bo. Then with Death Watch now the largest faction in control and the Republic pre-emptively invaded them to prevent a hostile resurgent Mandalore, following the loss of their favoured faction. Wouldn't be the first time they've done so.

Think I have seen stuff, were the New Mando's were pretty much a Republic/Sith plot to try and demilitarise the Mandalorian's before and kinda does fit with how militant the New Mando's were in stripping weapons and Beskar from everyone.

Overriding goal number one for Lucian:

Figure out step 2 of a plan that started with step 1 as "hijack a Lucrehulk."
Kick up his feet in the captains quarters and have the droids serve him margaritas?

Nute Gunray would like to hire you to act as a distraction bodyguard-

He'd offer an apprenticeship but well you wouldn't last long in such a position.
His days are done already...

Overriding goal number one for Padme:

Survive the most difficult challenge that is motherhood :V

Overriding goal number one for Charon:

Figure out how the fuck to secede from the CIS without them and every other faction coming to kill him

Please don't, it would make Kalani very sad

Good luck trying to bypass your loyalty programming.

I'd say I'm rooting for you but Kalani would send you in for a memory wipe at best and Cody would just turn you into scrap.

Gathe Forsyk
Character-Sheet
Name:
Gathe Forsyk
Rank:
Captain
Faction: Free Agent, anti-Empire
Age: 47
Race:
Besalisk
Canon:
No
Weapons/starships:
- four Munificent-class star frigates, minus the droid complements
Homeworld: Corellia
Appearance:

Bio: Up to the start of the Clone Wars, Gathe Forsyk was the captain of the Corellian equivalent of a chartered private jet: he rented out the services of his CR90 corvette to the subset of the rich and famous that were either unwilling or unable to pay the cost of owning one of the popular diplomatic vessels outright. It was a steady, comfortable life - and also a very boring one, few pirates willing to cause trouble so deep into the Core.

Then the Clone Wars happened, and after sorting out a crew actually willing to do so, Forsyk took his corvette straight to the CIS - though not before snagging a freighter belonging to a merchant he disliked to establish his bonafides.

Forsyk would spend the next two years flying his corvette, and very soon a small flotilla of similar small vessels, against Republic merchant shipping, capturing them and hauling them back to sell both the ships and cargoes. While little more than a pinprick, the screaming merchants prompted the Republic to devote outsized resources to trying (and failing) to hunt him down, and the man himself was made very wealthy. Wealthy enough that by the end of the war he had upgraded from his corvette to four Munificent-class frigates cobbled together from salvage, allowing him to hunt larger game.

With the Clone Wars gone cold, Gathe finds himself looking for a new client. The CIS' political chaos means they aren't paying; perhaps the Alliance would like a quartet of capital ships they don't have to wheedle off their constituent planets? Or perhaps even further afield...

Force Powers and Rank: None

Okay, sheet up.

I mean, my loyalty programing has already been removed as stated in my bio, and all the droids in the fleet under me have been stealthily reprogramed to only follow my orders, so as it is right now the only reason I haven't left the CIS is because I'm fairly certain they, along with most other major factions, would try to hunt me down and kill me, and while I do have a fleet the CIS have hundreds so my odds aren't the best as it stands.

Gunray's Goal is to survive and try to continue doing what he does every day. Try to take over the Republic!

Yularen is to reunify the Galaxy and crush the CIS, Jedi, and Alliance. Not because he's mad, but because it's just good business.

Barriss: "Great, the guy who spoiled my plan, got me thrown in a cell for months, and threw my already shattered world view for a fresh loop. Now we just need Master Unduli or Ahsoka added to this list to really dig the knife in."
Anakin: "... you know, I'd contemplate hunting you down, but I honestly think that would hurt Ahsoka even more. So instead, we're going to do this things Obi Wan likes to call 'therepy'. It involves me repeatedly beating you up in lightsaber duels while you ignore my attempts at getting you to talk about your feelings. Sound good? Good."

But seriously, there's going to be so many good interactions available in this game, and Anakin is going to have a good number of his own. Obi Wan, Ahsoka, Padme, Barriss, Windu... goodness, so much potential. Hopefully i can do Ani justice!

It's my first time playing as a politician, but here's hoping I can do justice to Padme's character.

Honestly, I'm not sure the CIS can afford to hunt down deserters at this point. Leviathan is going to be frantically trying to cobble together a fleet that can stand up to a full Imperial invasion in case they try it, and I think more than anything else the CIS needs peace and allies so it can properly stabilize free of Shifty Sheev's influence.

Though it'd certainly appreciate Charon sticking around. I wonder if we can convince Gunray to give droids money?

The biggest problem I see with me leaving the CIS is the fact that I'll be a Droid with a giant fleet free to do whatever I want, and considering the galaxy at large views Droids as at best servants and at worst slaves, having a giant fleet piloted by what is essentially a freed slave will be terrifying to all the major forces of the galaxy because of what it represents, i.e. they will fear that Ill provoke more Droids into rebelling and/or think that Ill actively try to free more of my brethren plunging the galaxy into a massive civil war, something that all of them will want to stop.

So yeah, the way I see it odds are I'll be hunted down by almost everyone extremely quickly

...I suspect Charon will both despise and be horrified by Lucian. Effectively, the Jedi Padawan pulled the droid equivalent of mind control on a massive scale, overriding their wills and rewriting their programming to be subservient to him.

Edit: Huh. That'd actually be an interesting parallel between the two.

A liberator that comes from a tool gaining free will vs. A guardian of the piece accidentally practicing a form of tyranny.
