There isn't one, really. It's just that, like any sapient being, being stared at makes them frightfully uncomfortable, so they tend to stare at the person doing the scaring in turn.

"I wonder where Akko went," Lotte asked just as they opened the door. "I haven't seen her since this afternoon—"
The conversation died immediately as both girls eyed the figure inside their dim room. Like a scene straight out of a horror movie, the cloaked intruder slowly and ominously turned to face them with its white mask.
"AHHHHHHHH!" Lotte jumped in terror as she rushed to hide behind Sucy. "W-WHAT IS THAT?!"
Sucy hid her fear well, with barely a reaction. However, once she recognized the mask, her shock fizzled out with an eye-roll.
"Haha, very funny, Akko. Too bad for you, I remember that mask," she deadpanned. "Should've worn a different one if you really wanted to scare us."
All the scary atmosphere evaporated as the cloaked figure let out a disappointed sigh. "Ah, man! You are so sharp, Sucy!" She reached out and opened the curtain.
Realizing it was just her friend, Lotte breathed a sigh of relief. "Oh my god…"
"So that was what you used to scare the teachers? Not bad," Sucy complimented.
"Yep! Now let me take this off..." Akko replied as she reached and pulled off her mask...
"Wait a minute... is she wearing heels? Why is she so tall all of a sudden...? Her voice is off too... It is deeper—"
Sucy and Lotte did a massive double-take when what greeted them behind the mask was not the familiar sixteen-year-old Akko... but rather a woman in her early twenties.
"Ta-da!" 'Akko' cheered as she stripped the rest of the disguise off. "It's nice to meet you! How do you girls like Akko-onee-chan~"
"A-Akko?!" Lotte exclaimed. "What did you do to yourself!?"
"Lilim," —said Persona opened the window and flew in, waving hello— "has a spell calledAging. It does exactly what it says; I can age anything with it, whether it be items, enemies, or even myself!" She laughed as she spun around to show off her figure. "How do you guys like it?"
Sucy couldn't take her eyes off Akko: she had mostly outgrown her baby face, and her figure had matured just enough that her pajama shirt and shorts barely fit around her form. Her brunette hair now reached all the way down to her waist and...
"... Be careful who you call ugly in high school, I guess," Sucy deadpanned. "I mean, aging yourself isn't unheard of in the Magical World. Any witch skilled with Metamorphosis Magic can do it. There are potions for it too."
"Yeah, but nobody would willingly use an aging potion right?" Lotte added. "Most of them usually age you too much and, in some worst-case scenarios, they're irreversible."
"Fufu~"
Without warning, Sucy was suddenly pulled forward. She quickly found herself sitting on the bed on Akko's lap, basically cuddled like a teddy bear.
"I should use this form more! I really like the feeling of being so big and seeing my friends so small~" Akko said as she wrapped her arms around Sucy, bringing her closer and resting her chin on the top of her head.
Sucy was panicking internally as her heart rate rapidly increased. It didn't help that Akko's chest was awfully close to her back, and she could feel the very soft...
"Let me go."
"Ah, c'mon, Sucy. What's wrong with sitting together with Akko-onee-chan~? Hey! You are so red all of a sudden—"
Just then, Lilim joined in as she tackled her summoner from behind, resulting in four arms being wrapped around Sucy.
"Ow!" Akko complained. "What are you doing—?!"
The succubus' face was very… abnormal, to say the least; she was panting heavily as she licked her lips. The heavy blush on her face signaled her unsafe intention loud and clear. Summoning strength she had no stats for, she forced both Akko and Sucy to the bad, now looming over them.
"Wait, wait, what are you doing?! Let me go! No, NO! I am not actually old enough— AHHHHHHHHH…!"
Lotte covered her blushing face with her hands, but was unable to resist peeking through the gaps, all the while muttering under her breath, "volume 68, volume 68..."
-What Lilim used is Enervation, the Ailment in Persona 4. But in Japanese, that status and spell is known as Aging. That's why in the Animation, Narukami, Yosuke, and Teddie are turned into old men when Shadow Naoto hit them with it. I expend it from that.
-Atsuko Kagami, Akko's inspiration, also has an adult form she abused a lot. Adult Akko for the win!

Artist741: So one of the thing I did during the delay was stalking TRIGGER animators on Twitter; meanly the slaves that draw all the frames. The logic is that Key people kept their mouth shuts/actually busy, but the grunts however... *Wicked smile*
Found one totally sees Diana as their waifu and gathered a bunch of info (the most important, H&B datas!!!).
-Still don't freaking know H&B's canon height but generally the animators drew them both at the same height.
-"Offical" Holloween costume for H&B are... Hannah is a bat wing succubus?/imp and Barbara is the undead nurse from Silent Hill 2.
-Barbara's part of the hoodie gang.
-Lotte's will-o'-the-wisp is titled as "ウィル ", so it seems the canon name for her is either just Will or no name at all. :/
-The sweets Hannah and Jasminka were eating at the end of the anime were baked by Diana herself. She worked extra hard to master baking from the goblin workers.
-In the anime continuity, after Barbara and Lotte became friends, Diana became over protective with a little bit of jealousy over her sidekick, calling Lotte "Jansson-san" and question their relationship like she's Barbara's mom.
-Amanda does wear sarashi (why? she's American...) when crossdressing to hide her large breasts... which is weird because she use magic in Canon to go male. This seem to be a disconnet between the animators and the story telling. (AuthorNCS: Hey, I can milk Sakura Taisen reference out of it!)
-When young, Diana was part of the marching band club. Clearly a shout out to Nonon from Kill La Kill.
-In her school year, Chariot is often sleeply in the day.
-Chariot had a Cat fist incidence- YES, that Cat fist from Ranma 1/2- where she went berserk as a werecat. And just like Ranma did with Akane, she returned to normal after sleeping on Criox's lap. It's hinted that this still happens in her adult years.
Unforturnately, that animator seemed to have moved on with other projects like BNA and most of their LWA stuff are from 2017~2018. Oh well, pretty decent find I would say.

However, as revealed in "P5/P5R", cameras don't work in the Cognitive World, so it seems impossible to me that Constanze actually managed to take some photos. You could write that Constanze TRIED to take some photos, only to find that the camera app (in case she is using a smartphone) doesn't work, and later, Akko will explain this peculiarity to her..."
