It might be me, but that wasn't hard to follow at all? Though I don't know what context you added to the front end granted, but the last third didn't make any less sense.
 
It was kinda funny how the students were acting like stereotypical all-girls school students.

Yeah... the scene where Louis busted in to diss Andrew only to fail is... okay. It setup a reason and clears up why he hated Andrew in the anime so much, but ultimately it's a rush job. Louis' attack don't make any sense, and the way Andrew relays to a Diana flash back is a stretch at best, confusing at worse.

Nice try, Satō. But I will take it from here...

Not quite. I wrote my thesis on the history of manga, from the crude caricatures carved into the ceiling beams of Horyu-ji temple by workmen at 700 CE to modern day. Himitsu no Akko-chan being the first magical girl manga, it was a part of it.

People that saw it were impressed by it.
