Not really. Accelerator has white hair because canon. Souske has white hair because from a story-telling perspective it draws attention to how similar he is to Accelerator and thus makes the differences between them stand out even more. And Miko has white hair because before with out her magic she's a sickly waif of a girl and having her be an albino drives that point home.

Hi!
New to the quest bu read all the updates. At a certain point I want to visit Misaka. She's one of the Level 5s that our particular appearance will make easy(ier) to approach. I remember several instances where she went out of her way to help kids, and anyways she tends to take things at face value, and will accept our exterior for what it looks like(a harmless kid). For bonuses I suggest we bring Last Order when we meet her. I can't remember if in Canon they've met each other yet but she's a great foil for us.
Two adorable kids actually oldier than they look but stuck youthful looking due to horrible experiments that the Dark Side of Academy City put them through. Her seeing the reflection of a younger more youthful her will be very distracting removing whatever suspicions she may have.
Plus Misa Misa will be great for getting on the good side of another person I'd like to meet. Shirai Kuroko.
Given how Shirai is focused on Misaka so much(including causing the Railgun's previous roommate to move out) I can see her thrilled at the notion of being able to treat and spoil a tiny version of Misaka.
Now with her teleportation she has great evasion. But I'm thinking that working with us she'd be even more effective. Instead of having to judge safe landing spots and taking gravity into account, by setting her to orbit around us and using her power she can teleport us in a direct line...well anywhere. I mean we have decent mobility with our gravity powers but combining the two means we'll have massively effective tactical movement speed.
Another thing I'd like to work on is toggling our reflection technique. Maybe make it so we can have some objects orbiting around us safely but activing the slingshot effect so anything new gets rocketed away. If we manage it correctly we could effectively off the perfect shuttle service. Actively as a very nice passive defense for most techniques thrown at us and helping to protect people a tad more squishy.
Lots of possible combinations are possible, but if we're on good terms and Shirai can take the weight(I think she can take up the weight of a car around now in canon). we can partner with her and the railgun and basically zip around able to launch railgun and other ranged strikes with Shirai providing crazy good mobility. Mind you we're a heavy weight ourselves but I'd prefer to hide how vicious we can be for as long as we can, milking the childhood innocent bit till we've formed partnerships and won the trust of important players.
Letting the railgun be the one to fire her patented blasts very neatly passes all the blame for any collateral damage onto her. We're just using our power to keep everyone safe after all.
Basically a combination that provides insane mobility, very high tier defense, and preserves the Railgun's pattented massive range potential and keeps our hands noticably clean. More or less we take her from a glass canon and transform her into the lightning bruiser.
We have two bullshit levels of defence with our patented gravity defense and Shirai to teleport us out of any line of sights attacks we couldn't tank(safely for bystanders). To a limited extent Misaka would also be able to provide great active defense, hacking computers and shorting out missiles and the like.
I can think of plently of incidents in canon this combination of factors would let us handle much easier than they did. And let me say if she doesn't have to focus on using her powers to keep herself safe and she has effectively free tactical movement in any direction I think Misaka could pull off some pretty crazy electrical and metal manipulation. Particularly with our ability to have however much metal needed orbiting around us...
