It's sad that Catnip Cat doesn't want to be friends anymore, but if that's how it's going to be, that's how it's going to be.
You leap at her, becoming Big Best Cat! She turns on you, howling as she lunges to attack! You extend your claws and swipe!
She reels back, her white skin now with angry red lines across it. One more should do it! Goodbye, Catnip Cat.
Another swipe and she's gone. Just floats away in a bunch of tiny pieces like she never existed. All her little Familiars vanish, leaving a bunch of confused cats and people. The people seem rather disoriented, but quickly begin petting the cats curling up around their ankles. Cats are the Best. This just proves it.
Pink Girl comes up to you and picks you up, cuddling you.
"I'm sorry, Homura-chan," she whispers, "I know you liked that Witch."
You look up and rub your cheek against hers, purring, 'I like you better!'
She smiles and pets you, "Come on, let's go home."
And you do.
It's been a while since you made new friends with Black Girl and White Girl, and all of you meet daily at Yellow Girl's house. Everyone pets you and you go out to hunt with them! Things are pretty normal for a while, but every day they get a bit more nervous. Until eventually...
"I can't believe it's going to be this week," Kyouko sighed as everyone was gathered around Mami's living room table, sipping tea and eating cake. You're lapping at a little bowl of milk, and Mami left you out a tiny block of cake. It's tasty!
"It's been a while, hasn't it, Homura-chan?" Pink Girl rubs your ears.
"Myam Myam," you try and mewl as you chew the cake. Yum.
"Indeed," Oriko nods, looking around at everyone with a smile, "I'm glad we all got along so well. I have no doubt that we owe it to our little furry friend here."
Everyone looks to you. You look up back at them for a moment, then resume eating. Kirika reaches over to pat you on the head, chirping, "Kitty!"
There is only a few days till Upside Down Girl arrives. You're so excited! The Biggest Prey! Once, it was the Biggest Hunter, and it hunted Pink Girl, but now you're the Best Hunter, which makes Upside Down Girl prey! Soon, you will hunt Upside Down Girl, and then you can happily live with Pink Girl forever!
But before you all began preparing for the big battle, there was something you needed to do...
