I chose a slightly less safe and more resource-costly implant mostly because we took an infinity of resources boon, so I decide to make sure that it will impact environment/spirits less (and also that it will work better with other systems, seems important for Admech)

QM done goof and used wrong mechanic for designing when writing the update, different type of vote shall happen.

While it is true that we took infinite resources we still need the factories to make use of those resources. So I'd say that for right now costs matter quite a lot. One thing I was thinking of it making it the Apple Brain (TM), put repair to 0... but then you know put cost effectiveness to 5 and Alternative to Exotic Components also to 5. Something like

I think you may be going a bit far with voting for stuff.

I don't know about other people but distributing all those points via vote just seems excessive.

I do try and keep the system votes to a minimum but you literally took a design action so hence the vote.

Though fair point on complexity. I'll try and simplify it in the future.
 
Hmm, if Monarchia does still occur, I'd think it would be because Lorgar decided to work on a proof of concept to expand Colchis's shamanistic practices to other worlds as a deliberate act of protest to the Imperial Truth, rather than for creating a monument dedicated to the Emperor's Personality Cult.

I mean Emperor can try humiliate Lorgar like that... it may lead to him being incinerated in Divine Fire and unlike Horus I think Fan would finish the job. :V

Well it only T3 it going to be replaced by a T5 eventually. That the one I would design to be cheap.

I like the emphasis on safety and the jack of all trades approach

Wish we had a little more points to put into repair ease (since it's a brain, repairing it is on par with safety for the general population), adaptability (it's a brain, it should be used in everything), interoperability (for propagating in tech-savvy population) and simplicity (for propogating in more general population)

Just realized something funny looking at the character sheet. Fan has Ranged Combat N/A, if you give him a las-gun he is as likely to shoot himself as the enemy. More than that though because of MHM being his primary mode of attack, he will never get a Ranged Combat stat. So you know at least Luther will have that on us when it comes to Primarch adoptive fathers :V
