[X] Plan: Roland Needs a Win
Showing up in a bunch of random places is kinda Looker's thing, no?Which poor recurring Pokémon NPC gets to be Anton and make us hoof it all over backtracking for bonus points and/or cheevos.
But if Looker is Anton then who's Ricky? Can't have an Anton without a Ricky.Showing up in a bunch of random places is kinda Looker's thing, no?
Either Emma or Faller!Anabel? But if Looker is Anton then who's Ricky? Can't have an Anton without a Ricky.
But Looker shows up damn near everywhere because it's literally his job to try and deal with criminal organizations and criminal organizations keep showing up. He's not really supposed to be disconnected from the plot like Anton is.Showing up in a bunch of random places is kinda Looker's thing, no?
I think Lucas would make a good Ricky to Barry's anton. Especially if we use pokespe's Dia and Pearl and their comedy duo act.I think it'd be really funny if Dawn was pulling Protagonist Duties, right next to being the Ricky to Barry's Anton.
"Look at the size of that Klawf. That's crab meat for my entire family for a week at least!"I'm wondering how Mary will react to the Titan pokemon if/when encounter them let alone how one in the games were close to a shrine.
The Andosins clearly don't have Klawf then! Even people in Mesagoza eat Klawf claws! It's apparently called Klawf al Ajillo.Rules for Pokemon Edibility (as per the Andosin Highlands):
Rock, Steel, Poison, Ghost: No
Of course, an example would be Paldean Tauros.I feel like, like most things with distinct categories, there's going to be exceptions and edge cases here, I say while putting an Alcremie in a bowl.
Would they eat things like Durant, Steel types that are presumably of the "flesh covered in metal plates" variety?Rules for Pokemon Edibility (as per the Andosin Highlands):
Rock, Steel, Poison, Ghost: No
Psychic, Fairy, Fighting: No! That's a person you're eating
Dragon, Fire, Bug, Electric, Ground, Ice: Maybe, good luck though
Flying, Normal, Grass, Water, Dark: Sure
Now imagining Dawn trying to help Barry find a nice Paldean girlfriend while attempting to ignore the high pitched squee coming from Nemona's direction.I think it'd be really funny if Dawn was pulling Protagonist Duties, right next to being the Ricky to Barry's Anton.
Well, the meat is edible. So I doubt they'd have concerns about that. Though for Durant in particular I imagine that's more difficult since you would basically need a blacksmith to remove the plating. The Heatmor method wouldn't work since they melt the armour, which would let molten metal get at the edible parts.Would they eat things like Durant, Steel types that are presumably of the "flesh covered in metal plates" variety?
There's definitely going to be a traditional meal in some corner of Kalos that's just Durant cooked in its own shell before the metal is pried off. They swear it preserves the flavour.Authentically cooked Durant meat... you'd need a Heatmor or some very careful skill with fire to make it work.
Would it be cooked live or not? By live I mean cooked as soon as it's ordered, or is it cooked and saved for later?
Perhaps steaming a Durant loosens the plates? Now imagining Dawn trying to help Barry find a nice Paldean girlfriend while attempting to ignore the high pitched squee coming from Nemona's direction.

Cause Arceus has a funny sense of humour and made those food-mons people too. Why's Fairy taboo? There's what, three separate Fairy lines made of actual food?

Presumably the Fair Folk don't particularly respond well to being eaten non-consensually, and if it isn't made by a trusted Alcremie I wouldn't trust any faerie food.Cause Arceus has a funny sense of humour and made those food-mons people too.
I think most of those foodmons have the food as something they conjure or a hair equivalent anyway.Cause Arceus has a funny sense of humour and made those food-mons people too.
Get a Tinkaton to pry it open.Well, the meat is edible. So I doubt they'd have concerns about that. My first thought here is protesting eating Slowpoketail while people give her confused looksRules for Pokemon Edibility (as per the Andosin Highlands):

"Pry it open" is a very odd way to say "smash it with a giant hammer". I could only figure out the meaning from context. (the context being 'Tinkaton')
Why don't you roll the phantasmal feline check now? The only difference in the plans is how we're training Roland this turn.Adhoc vote count started by ArvisPresley on Mar 4, 2024 at 1:54 AM, finished with 115 posts and 27 votes.
