always nice when you think up a plan and go to submit it and realize someones already made it
anyway
[X] Plan: Roland Needs a Win

[X] Plan: Pokemon Ranger

I know it's behind but I want this plan.

Well, hopefully we can do exploration next turn. With Ostia's Bond 2 we could get 2 rolls at +20.

[X] Plan: Pokemon Ranger

I think Move XP is more important for Roland right now than Poke XP, though reading the description I don't know if the Trainer battles actually give us money if we win? That might change my mind, though we are still doing Ranger stuff either way.

easy source of confidence and money for roland and Marianna methinks

Honestly I feel like the little Dragon learning early on that losing happens and getting used to it could be good for him. We don't want him to be an uncontrollable and arrogant dragon, so learning that there are lots of things stronger than him is useful.

I feel like that might normally be a fair concern but the little guy and Marianna are currently batting at a win rate of 0/5 so getting SOME wins would be good for him(and mary)

We do have the 4 wins and 2 draws, I believe, from the Round Robin. So it's not like he has lost every fight.

Field Exercises like in Kiseki involve a number of Mandatory and Optional Task every day. These tasks are organized by local authorities or figures coordinating with the Academy. They are meant to have students interact and aid with humans and Pokemon of all sorts of backgrounds involving the City, Settlement or area the Field Exercise is held in. Comparisons with Ranger work have not gone unnoticed or unremarked upon. They'll also be your main way of getting League Points.

Also Plot.

Anyone up for getting full marks, which include the mandatory and optional task being completed to the point that there's no complaints? Though that does make me wonder if there are hidden optional task?

Which poor recurring Pokémon NPC gets to be Anton and make us hoof it all over backtracking for bonus points and/or cheevos.

Personally, I noticed as soon as the quest started that there's a lot of similarities in INTENT between Cold Steel FEs and ScarVi's Treasure Hunt, namely "go get to know the region personally", albeit definitely more structured than chucking the entire student body into the wilderness and telling them to have fun and be themselves.
