Who said she *watched* it using her eyes? (Or that she actually got official access to it, for that matter? She did show that she seems to know a little too much about the students' pasts, almost as if she had hacked through the school's network....)

Not the worst idea that came to my mind when creating the vote.

Stella is still going to veto it, in case someone is thinking on trying it.

Going against the grain here, but right now I'm feeling suspicious, and I think so is Princess. She's a little off balance, doesn't know what to expect from penny and doesn't know who penny is. And she can almost feel suspicious circumstances surrounding the girl.

While it might be nicer to hit her with damsel, I'm thinking trial by thorn works better.

I think you made your vote different from other damsel votes by lumping in more text there.

Also, for people that want Thorn, IRL interrogation / info digging works better in the long term when you treat the other person well.

Also she's a counselor first she should *not* be using Thorn during a damn counseling appointment.

And remember how open Penny was in canon? It wouldn't be hard at all to get answers out of her.

I'm very tempted to vote for the Stranger, because I'm worried that in a one-on-one conversation, Penny's impression of Stella as 'a worried teenage mother' could start a feedback loop of "Stella worries about Penny, Penny sees Stella losing her calm which changes her impression of Stella, etc." My concern is that Stella needs to open this meeting in a way that knocks Penny's current impression of Stella out of focus so that she can sees Stella in a different light, and Stranger would certainly do that. For a similar reason, I don't think using Damsel here is a good idea.

EDIT: I've made up my mind, casting my vote for Stranger.

Edit: So is Penny's creation just a super rare one time thing? If any normal organic babies were born while Stella showed her true form, were they influenced in some way?

i felt like Penny can handle talking with multiple versions at the same time... probably. or at least fare better than Glynda.

There is no need to greet her as the thorn simply because there is nothing that can harm us.

I know my capabilities as a writer, and that's beyond it. I have also never played a ttrpg beyond a single session of D&D at a friend's birthday where we were all some level of drunk and/or high.
