And because he has no place in Beacon at the beginning of Canon, not having Aura or training, he got shafted.
Had you taken it, I would have described the guy very unambigously as having a strong case of hero worship and inferior complex, he certainly needs help, but not from Beacon.
Part of that is that I hate Jaune, and was not sure I would even be able to write him without bashing.
Yeah, going to disregard that entirely, Cinder express nothing but disgust and superiority to the canon cast at this moment in time, really don't see her do that.
