Attempting to Fulfil The Plan: ISOT Edition

I will note
Guerra or turner would be the by far the best. We are still operating with oil based lighting and even something as simple as light-bulbs is going to be revolutionary, much less amplifiers and basic circuits for radios. Getting an electrical engineer is going to be essential for that, especially since Prometheus is already built up and we are going to need to build up a power grid for tooling if nothing else.
I mean, they'll still exist even if you don't pick them, right? And while his skills might be useful if we start making lightbulbs we don't actually have indication he can make light-bulbs. He's an electrical engineer, after all, not a guy who can make the highly specific machines needed to do the complicated glasswork, soldering, and welding needed to make a lightbulb.

I know that tech will be important but a lot of conservation has been given to manpower and how much we need it for agriculture, Textiles take up a lot of manpower so surely that's more important right now?

Eager to see how the war goes, this should be a the first test of our both our new model army and the navy. I see that we're tracking ammonia now, I'm sure as our fertilizer and ammo production go up well start feeling the crunch on it.

Synthetic rubber looks like a must have, having to rely on shit ass dandelion rubber is a bit of a rubber neck and we can stop relying on fabric sheaths or whatever we use to insulated our wires at the moment.

Lastly I'm kinda concerned that we're not doing enough development of the liberated territories. I know we've been tapped finishing up our projects in the Peloponnese but even still, most of our progress there has either been schools or infrastructure while the cities are still being rebuilt. I'd like to focus on some more direct qol for them if possible in addition to more manufacturing.

[X]Jeff Turner

Politically Maoist deputy in military next turn is massively more important than LI industry post, it's a very good proposition. And the guy has good skillset, too.

[x] Vicente Guerra

Electrification will make almost everything easier. If we can get multiple shifts going in our weapons factories that would let us massively expand production.
