Xiao managed to pull it off and properly manifest Ego, so that's at least one. Not that it isn't risky, but there are still other things worth going for.

I'm going to be at work when the vote opens, so I'm not putting in the vote until then, but I am preparing it. Sieg offering the knowledge of extracting EGO could make it easier for others to handle Distortions, and Warm Light could mean he's better at helping people adapt to it. Arabella, Capone, and Jamie could all probably benefit from that, and it might not work, but if the possibility of Ying Xiao awakening as Amiya's EGO is on the table that's too cool to not take.
 
ok so Black Water might just give us a way to Charge the Fairy shards.

Why do you think that? Enkephalin may be a power source, but the actual tech of how a Singularity works, how its charged etc is blaze of power. Not to mention all the Singularity tech, its extracted from an Arbiter whose main weapon was Fairy.

Everything in the city runs on the main power source of the city, Enkephalin.
with it, we can charge it with the power source of the city instead of using rock power, I don't know. We can maybe just douse the fairy shards in it and get it charged? Probably doesn't even need extra equipment considering how binah was just in the hole that is lobotomy corporation and didn't charge her fairy for almost a eternity.

One of the big problems for choosing black water is well...Enkephalin is a drug.
You can just drink it to get high.
Like, madly high? We don't know how strong it is, but it is being treated as happiness in a can.
 
Wait, would Black Waters work with the half-PD? Because if so, we're a walking Enkephalin generator and theoretically zayin ego dispenser. And thinking over it, wouldn't Black Waters and the Cartographer's Hoard pair decently? It would clue us in on where the Terran abnos are and a maybe hint on what ordeals Carmen has caused.

They're worryingly lethal for Enkephalin purposes though. We could talk near endlessly with one of the Apostles and probably farm Enkephalin that way.

We would probably want to keep plague doctor secret, but we do have the dreaming current, [CENSORED] and, this might not be something we could generate an abnormality from, but there's a certain incinerator on Rhodes Island that remembers a woman who swore to join them.
 
As long as we have a way to reliably heal mental damage, sieg can become a generator, and doctor have a lot of medicine to help with that mental damage.
 
Btw, is there like a lore explanation as to why we can't make more of ego gear? In LC I mean.

the full name of EGO Gear is Extermination of Geometrical Organ, Key word being extermination.
My theory is fragmentation of abnormalities might make the already unstable fragments of abnos (Which most needs external machinery attached to the separated pieces to stabilize, example being the staff of Magical Girl of Love and most low level ego gear) even more unstable. Causing either the spawn of Aberration or Severe EGO corrosion after equipped.
The voice of one is loud enough. Multiply that by a thousand fold? it might make something unstable, mind or flesh.

I don't believe the next arc is centered around an event. Rather, what we vote for is determining the shape of the next chapter.
 
I'm just worrying about whatever the next event is will be Catastrophicly thrown off corse by the results of our vote.

Terra seems to be a place that can def be more of a home than the City ever was and with the rate of encountering anomalies figure knowing how to get EGO's out of them seems like a good idea.

I have a feeling Carmen's been dealing with us with kiddie gloves for a long time, and I don't really want to find out if that's true or not. Yourself would give us the protection we will need when Carmen inevitably looks at us again.
