But just in case @Tabula Rasa can you confirm that applying most personal actions in one single thing was not a problem that almost caused burnout, but the problem was not to give Jacob any mystery or exploring to do?
Sorry for evading this, but all the hints to these kind of things would come from the chapters itself. Also, I was in sleepland by the time of your discussions. That's what you guys get for following a european author!

(The little voices in his head (aka questers) have been talking about training constitution for a while now)

Are we the souls that were caught in the Flammels' soul trap and formed as a basis for Jacob?

If so...really puts the entire discussion about the morality of the act in an interesting light.

And an interesting twist to incorporating thread discussion.

I mean, some of you had found out previous to the Hiatus already. You are not the real spirits anymore, but more of a meshed up cloud of thoughts and emotions. Some of them get filtered through to Jacobs consciousnes. So, yes. Your discussions have an influence into Jacob, because on a meta level they influence my writing.

I thought it to be a neat idea, when I was doing the outline for Jacobs history.

There was also supposed to be a dueling tournament at the end of the year right?
At the end of June / Early July, just around the time of the exams and before you leave Hogwarts. Professor Flittwick hasn't set up a date yet. He will let you know.

-[x] Case IV: The girl that is two (2 Actions) - There's a strange mystery at Hogwarts. There are basic laws that are ultimate. If you throw something up, it falls down. Magic changes these ultimate laws, into mere guidelines, to be stepped around whenever needed. If you are in one place, you can not be in another place at the same time. But somehow, there is a girl that seems to not abide by this specific law. How is this possible? You are determined to figure out the truth, even if it means delving into the dark corners of the castle and risking not eating lunch to uncover the mystery of the girl who is two.
-[x] Runes Club Research x 2
-[x] Random Encounter – Just… Go and live your life. You don't need to plan everything in your life out.
-[x] Write a Letter (Free Action) – To Nicolas Flamel tell him about Mermaid's Breath and ask for any insight or advice he has in regards to the Soul-Snatcher. Also write a letter to our parents telling them about the misadventures we seem to be having at school, though try not to worry them overly much either.
-[x]x7 personal actions.
-[x] Legilimency & Occlumency x1
-[x] Alchemy x2
-[x] Train Constitution x1
-[x] Learning x 3 (Protego (Deep Understanding), Shrinking Solution (Needed for exams at the end of the year), Antidote to Uncommon Poisons (Needed for exams at the end of the year), Point Me, Lumos (Deep Understanding)

I will start on the update then. We have the attribute roll ahead of us, but I will separate that into a new post, so that everyone gets the alert.

→ Fighting against the devil of the deep sea, you have Leveled Up!

You are now at Level 5. You developed a lot over the last year.

These are your current Attributes:
Constitution
2 - Your general physical condition, endurance, health, and strength.
Creativity 5 - The ability to create innovative ideas or things using your imagination.
Intellect 7 (LOCKED) - The ability to think in an intelligent way and to understand difficult or complicated ideas and subjects.
Empathy 3 - The ability to understand how someone feels because you can imagine what it is like to be them.
Luck 4 - Success that you have by chance and not because of anything that you do.

Please Distribute 2 Attribute Points for one Level Up (Vote in Plans starting with 'Attribute Plan …').

[X] Plan Attribute Plan Luck + 2

The one that makes the most sense given we can't level it up, while we can level up all the others.

[X] Plan Attribute Plan Luck + 2

The one we can't train. Makes no sense to bump anything else. Level up points need to be spent on things we can't reasonably expect to achieve on our own. Constitution is easy to train up. Luck is impossible. Also we absolutely should try and bump consti to 4 before the next level up happens.

True, it doesn´t make sense to use these points to level up one attribute until we reached level 5-6, the point in which we had less than a 50% chance of leveling it up via training...

I support boosting empathy because we have never prioritized it for training and we keep running into situations where it would be helpful to have that higher.

That's really bad reason for supporting doing it now, push for plans that train it instead. I can assure you with Int capped we're going to be raising Con and Empathy soon in plans regardless.

It's also worth pointing out that the benefits of raising attributes like skills does very little for our rolls until they hit 11+

Having empathy 1 point higher literally only pushes the needle 1%. Whilst the same is true for luck we literally can't raise that any other way.
