Ya know, I know we're working on Giovanni's Martial now, but i'm now wondering how we can increase his Learning, his other stat which is lower then i'd like.

I'd rather further enhance our highest or mid stats rather than try and raise up our weakest to merely ok. If the opportunity comes up I won't complain but I'd like to focus on our strengths. We can leave the Learning to the eggheads.

Not sure if Write in Personals are allowed but we could try to have Giovanni look for a teacher or instructor in Learning in the next turn, like how we did for Martial. It wouldn't hurt to try and see if it works.

EDIT: After thinking about it, I decided to change the learning section of my plan to develop new poke ball, to start working on our own pokeball to use to capture pokemon more easily, but we could sell then to gains funds and income too. Also, to see if is possible to develop the master ball or Snag Machine later down the line. With Ariana's bonuses and loyalty we autosucced in the first tier of the action, hopefully we roll well enough to get to the second one.

RocketDex Entry #3: Zubat and Golbat | weredrago2 (Canon)
ROCKET GROUP POKEMON DATABASE
ROCKETDEX ENTRY #03: ZUBAT & GOLBAT

#041 - ZUBAT [POISON] [FLYING]
Bat Pokemon
"Forms colonies in perpetually dark places. Uses ultrasonic waves to identify and approach targets."

#042 - GOLBAT [POISON] [FLYING]
Bat Pokemon
"Once it strikes, it will not stop draining energy from the victim even if it gets too heavy to fly."

INFORMATION: Zubat and Golbat are a pair of noctural pokemon descended from a species of flying mammal native to Princeps Dominae, the Common Keese. The Zubats' eyes have completely vanished during the mutation process, giving way to a total reliance on ultrasonic echolocation to navigate. Strangely, their eyes return upon evolving to Golbat. Their thin skin is vulnerable to intense sunlight and they spend most of the day resting in the deep caves surrounding Pewter City, only venturing out to hunt for prey after nightfall. Both species of pokemon are voracious hunters who inject their hollow fangs into their victims to suck their blood. Should Golbat overindulge itself, the predator becomes sluggish and struggles to properly fly.

KNOWN MOVES: Leech Life, Supersonic, Wing Attack, Confuse Ray, Mean Look*, Screech

APPLICATIONS, CIVILIAN: In spite of exaggerated tales of Zubat and Golbat attacking humans or carrying off a Tauros for a midnight snack, the Bat Pokemon are primarily insecivores. They keep the population of Bug pokemon outside of Viridian Forest at reasonable levels. Much like Rattata and Raticate, there is a market for their removal for when these pokemon do occasionally pass up insects for larger targets of opportunity. Their guano also makes for an exceptional fertilizer.

APPLICATIONS, SPECIAL: Compared to other pokemon, Zubats are relatively easy to catch, train, and evolve to Golbat. They have become popular with Rocket Grunts and other trainers for this reason. This has also led them to being somewhat underestimated in spite of their access to potent moves like Screech and Confuse Ray. The key to their utlization is in quantity and not quality; anyone who has been to Mt. Moon can tell you wading through a swarm of these pokemon can be devastating on morale.

*Yes, Zubat has been recorded performing a move commonly known as "Mean Look" in spite of lacking eyes. Further research is required.

So I know we shouldn't be planning for the next turn before seeing results from the current one, but I was thinking we should take the Intrigue action to investigate the Dojo next turn, is our best (and only one right now I think) lead of recruiting Sabrina. We should strive to recruit her, cause I think she is one of the few trainers with actual psychic powers from Gen 1.

Between not having picked her before and trying to hire Kiyo now, are we sure she'd still be open to recruitment?

No idea, but better to check I suppose? Either she isn't interested in joinin anymore, or was recruited by another organization. It's better to know where top players or interesting people are currently instead of being left in the dark on that front.
But even if we recruit Kiyo I don't think that would automatically make her unavailable, or might cause loyalty/opinion issues with Kiyo for sure.

I can't imagine Sabrina and Koga would automatically be picked up by Silph Co since they weren't picked for Rocket at the start.

Birthday Q&A
Right, so this may be a bit premature due to how young the Quest is, but since your birthday only ever comes once a year I figured I might aswell.

First, I just want to say thank you to everyone who has been following this quest so far and that I hope you've been enjoying it. This being not only my first Quest but really the first written work I've posted online, I was very nervous when I initially created this Quest despite encouragement from my friends, but seeing people genuinely interested has change much of that nervouness into additional motivation to continue working on this, hopefully to a satisfying conclusion.

Second, it's my birthday today and I felt like I should do something for this Quest because of that fact, and I think the best option would be add a brief extension to the current vote and to host a small Q&A.

So here's how this is going to operate: I will try to give clear, concise answers to the first five questions asked by you guys. These questions can be just about anything, be it Rocket, Neo-Kanto, or The City of Light as a whole and the inhabitants who call it home. This will be on a first-come-first-serve basis, meaning only the first five questions will be answered, unless I feel one or more would violate the request I am about to give out.

I ask that your questions are within reason, you may still ask things that Gio and Rocket itself may not be aware of but I reserve the right to refuse to answer questions that I feel would give away too much at this current point of time, so no asking where Mu-2 is, how to access the Dreamlands, and so on. I hope you all understand why I put this restriction inplace.

You can begin asking questions now and I will answer five of them sometime in the evening today. Just be sure to attach either this message as a quote or a direct ping so I don't miss your question if you have one.

Lastly, I hope you all continue to enjoy Coin-Op!

Happy birthday @Brightflame, while the quest is still in it's start, I personally have been enjoying it quite a lot so far, thanks for working on it.
As for a question, how many Pokémon "neo-regions" are present in the city?

Is there a young boy named Ash Ketchum living somewhere inside Neo-Kanto? I have to ask because apparently his time in the anime is about to come to an end, a milestone for the franchise as a whole.

Happy birthday @Brightflame !!!!!. Congratulations!!!!!

For the question, does the options of mega evolutions and Z rings will be available in the quest ? Like are they something we will be able to create or discover with time and effort?

We're definitely already last the 5 questions but I'm very surprised no one asked if we'd be able to grab later gen mons. Like come on, Krookodile is literally built to be a dark/ground criminal pokemon.
