Jeeze, guys, you need to stop having such close ties...

EMANATIONS (1.8)
Harry rubbed his neck, then blew out a slow sigh. "Okay..." He said. "The only way to stabilize this quickly is to move the dilithium from Inrohv to Vhorni - to balance the worlds out until a more stable configuration can be found. I just...need...to do that." He frowned. "That means, I need to get to Inrohv in a hurry."

"Oh, that's easy," Cate said.

"Really?" Harry asked as the robot stood, walked over to her disruptor rifle, swung it around as he said 'how?' and then fired.

***
Harry slammed backwards onto the ground, groaning softly as he did so. He closed his eyes and a purring, feminine voice crooned: "Well, well, well, what do we have here?"

Harry sighed, slowly. "Great," he said, opening his eyes slowly. "Lets get it over with. Let me guess, you're some kind of...devil...genie...monster witch and you need my semen to make a spell to open a portal to...do...a thing!" He sat up, glaring at the source of the voice. "So I can go into a quest to get a sword to prove my worth to an Adept so I can talk to them to get this whole dang away mission out of the way!"

The sensual, curvaceous, bright red, literally flame haired, horned woman with the long, scorpion tipped tail and clawed fingers, gaped at Harry, her glowing red eyes flickering with shock.

"Well!?" Harry asked, throwing his arms wide. "Am I wrong?"

"I...I'm not a genie," Scorpina the Devil Witch said, flushing.

Harry stood up. "Well, I'm not having sex with one more weird woman in this place until I've saved the planet," he said, kicking his way out of the silken sheets he had arrived in, looking around the room - at the glittering walls of frozen magma, at the shimmering pinkish barrier between him and the only way out of the chamber. The pinkish barrier had a glowing, curving white sigil carved into it that sparkled as he looked at it and, as he took it in, Scorpina stood up, her arms crossed under her heavy breasts.

"...it...can be broken," she said. "Until then I'm trapped in Positron's dungeons."

Harry glanced at her, blushing. "You're...we're in Castle Positron?"

"Yeah," Scorpina said.

"Why are you in her dungeons?" Harry asked, frowning.

"Oh, I'm a spy for Ultraviolet," Scorpina said, shrugging one shoulder, her hair sending off a thin sheen of glittering sparks.

Harry frowned at her.

"...I could...open the door with your cu-"

"HELLO!" Harry slammed his knuckles against the shimmering pink barrier. "I need to speak to the Adept of Positrons! Miss..." He paused, realizing he couldn't remember her name. Fortunately, he didn't have long to wait before the pinkish haze shimmered out of the way and he found himself facing two sleek, well built robotic men, just as naked as Cate had been, though emphatically male. Harry's cheeks flushed as he tried to stand up a bit straighter - while the two men looked him over. They both wore heavy helms that concealed their faces, long flowing red robes, and carried long and deadly looking spears in their offhands.

"Can I, uh...can I see your leader?" Harry asked.

"Are you Sir Harry Kim?" one asked.

"Yes," Harry said, shocked. "Sir?"

"The Lady Ultraviolet has mentioned you," the left one said. "Come with us."

Harry frowned.

So, Lyan was here. The only problem was that they referred to her as the Lady Ultraviolet. That...that...

That made him nervous.

"So, uh, am I still-" Scorpina started, but the door shut behind Harry. "Drat."

***
The interior of Castle Positron was quite sleek and beautiful, carved of a mixture of black and pinkish stone that mixed together to create intricate murals, though the further up they got, the simpler everything was, until they were in a fully pinkish chamber - circular, with a throne at one end, a narrow arena-like space in the center for people to stand and declaim, and seats all around. Various fantasy looking people were seated in those chairs, while the Adept of Positron was reclinging on the throne: A slender, knifelike woman of severe intelligence and brooding mein, she was watching as another man stood before her, gesturing to the ceiling. He was tall and powerfully built, with grayish-purple skin, and a glowing aura of glittering light that flared around him.

"And now, this orbiting ship full of aliens comes to our world - and one of their highest officers has kidnapped my daughter?"

"That's a lie!" Lyan, who Harry saw was sitting beside a nervous looking Soria, called out.

"And corrupted her very mind!" the Adept of Ultraviolet said, gesturing to her.

"I see..." the Adept of Positron said, quietly. "The ship, at least, has gotten us four under one roof..." She said, glancing over at a pair of other adepts: Infared, a woman with bright red skin shrouded by a series of glowing, floating orbs of ruby-red light that flickered and flashed around her. Antimatter, a skull faced mask resting on a mass of shimmering shadows, leaning back on a floating throne of glass. "Something that has not happened since we discovered that the exiles had survived on Vhorni."

"Don't speak so coyly, Miss At," Antimatter said, his voice a sepulcher rumble behind his mask. Positron scowled, slightly, but then waved her hand.

"What of it? The fact I'm the only Adept interested enough in exploring the other universe isn't really a condemnation of myself," she said.

"It does lead to the question of what, exactly, your goals of this meeting are," Antimatter said.

"And why you've aligned yourself with a scoundrel that stole my daughter!" Ultraviolet blustered.

"I-" Lyan started, then blinked as her lips continued to move, but no sound came from them. A pale glow around her lips seemed to make it fairly clear who was causing that.

"Don't speak, my dear, until your mind has been cleared of these falsehoods from the vile Sir Harry...he has clearly bewitched you, according to eyewitnesses from the pegasus herd, he is a wizard of some skill," Ultraviolet said, shaking his head.

"Ahem."

Everyone looked around, at Harry, who was standing, shirtless he realized, before the crowd. The issue was that he had had a very long day, with only a short nap, and he was getting just a bit sick of being murdered and bounced between dimensions. He walked down the stairs to the arena, spreading his hands. "All of your petty bickering doesn't matter at all," he said. "Who owns what, who's daughter ran away, who controls which part of which dimension? It's all a big waste of time - because the mining cartels are shipping mana off their side of the planet as fast as they can - and before you say they don't HAVE mana, they do! They just call it dilithium!" He thrust his finger at Ultraviolet, who glared at him. "This is causing an instability between both dimensions - if you don't correct the balance, then both sides are going to be destroyed."

Gasps and murmurs came from the crowd. Positron sat up, her eyes widening. "Oh," she whispered.

"Preposterous," Ultraviolet said. "While I may not have a double identity like SOME people here..." He shot a glare at Positron, who scowled back. "I have my contacts. And the mining cartels say that the earthquakes we feel are normal byproducts of the planet's natural movements." The ground shuddered faintly, then subsided. "And they will get less frequent, not more."

Harry snorted. There had been some old comic book character Tom liked to bring up...Batman or something, who's planet had exploded. Harry had always thought it had seemed pretty thin, until Tom had, in exasperation, said: It was a climate change, metaphor, Harry. Duh!

Which.

Yeah, that tracked for the mid 20th century.

"Now, Sir Harry..." Ultraviolet growled. "You can't distract us from the real issue here, my daughter and her purity."

"What is with this planet and purity!?" Harry exploded, throwing up his hands. "I didn't even have sex with your daughter, but even if I had, who cares! Physical intimacy isn't anything to be ashamed of! And even if you're...worried about...bloodlines or...or inheritance or some pre-modern feudal bullshit, I can't GET anyone pregnant! I've got a freaking implant in my thigh that controls fertility! Christ!" He stepped away from Ultraviolent, then turned back, pointing his finger at him. "And it's weird! It's weird for a father to be THIS fucking obsessed with who his daughter is having sex with, it's not like you're jealous!"

Ultraviolet trembled with rage.

Harry realized he might have said the wrong thing. "...uh..."

Positron frowned. "All right, then," she said. "Antimatter, Infrared, your voice on the matter?"

"Whoever survives has my vote," Antimatter said, with clear amusement.

"I-I kind of care more about this world ending thing," Infrared said.

Ultraviolet's hand clenched and a glowing blade made of shimmering, ultraviolet light appeared in his hand.

"I call you out, Sir Harry, for this grave insult..." He snarled.

-[X] Give a Kim-esque speech on how people are not property and Ultra-violet has no say how his daughter decides to live her life. For in doing so, he treats her worse than a pack animal.

I want to see Harry have his own Big Damn Morality Speech.

I can also see Harry at this point be 2000% done with this situation, and just blasting the guy and continuing to vent about how dumb this whole thing is, only to somehow accidentally have it be kind of inspirational.
