I didn't mean it to dedicate the entire church to Tzeentch just the four as a whole, starting with Tzeentch since I like him best.

Should I change it to something like add the fours symbols?
 
[X] Attempt to be employed in jobs that the common citizen doesn't pay attention to, and won't question their presence in some areas. Cleaning staff, for example.

Probably. I mean, if you want to swing the entire cult to Tzeentch then fair enough- this quest format explicitly allows that. But if you're aiming to decorate the church with all four symbols then it'd probably be best to just vote that rather than do them one at a time.

You can dedicate the church to all four in a single action, which I would suggest

I'd prefer people to not be antagonistic, but if you wanted to do a vote to counter someone else's action, yes that is possible. It'll just cause some friction between cult members.

The domains and some flashes of knowledge. Most of the stuff you know is taken from dreams, which aren't famous for being understandable.

Taking this action as an example, it'll only in truth have a minor effect.
Once you have enough knowledge to start casting rituals, you could infect a whole reservoir with dysentery, just for an example. To pull that off, you'll need to do research. And probably a few sacrifices.

We could infiltrate the black market. When stuff starts getting rationed there is always an underground market for it and that should be the case for this.
